The stay was great! The apartment is stylishly furnished, very clean and equipped with everything you need. The balcony offers beautiful views of the Castello, the Duomo and the Park. The location is ideal: central yet quiet, everything is within walking distance. Communication with Silvia was also super friendly, fast and straightforward. I felt very comfortable and would come back anytime!

This was my first ever Airbnb stay. The view from the balcony is gorgeous and is exactly what’s displayed in the pictures. There’s an indoor heated pool and sauna in the spa area that makes this a unique stay compared to the others. Even tho we didn’t get to fully use the spa it was a great amenity to have. It’s about 13 minutes driving from the main attraction area so plan accordingly. If you’re not a fan of roads with many corners plan to encounter a few going up to the apartment as well. Andrea the cohost was very friendly and responsive. Overall this was a very nice location. It’s great for a weekend get away. I can just imagine how great it is summertime. Thanks a lot for accommodating us.

Communication before my stay was very smooth in Japanese, but I didn't communicate much English when I checked in, so I was a little confused, but there was no particular problem, so it was very good.

The apartment is stunning! And Lavana was just lovely, she helped and answered all the questions we had. There was even coffee and cookies in the apartment when we arrived and most importantly there is a beautiful view. The location is far from the city but there is a train station very close.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment! The high ceiling height gave the space a grand and airy feel, making it special. The location was great – just a short walk from great restaurants, shopping areas, and the iconic Duomo di Milano. It was the perfect base for exploring the city. Highly recommend!

We very much like the accommodation, easy to get around, close to tram and subway points, spacious bathroom, good kitchen and proper living room, good and spacious room. Host responded quickly to all of our doubts and helped us a lot. We recommend this accommodation and we would definitely stay other times.

Had a great stay! The host was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions, making everything smooth and hassle-free. The check-in process was easy, and the place was exactly as described. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Plus, the location is fantastic—there’s an amazing deli, La Fattoria di Torri Vittorio, right on the same street, and a supermarket just a two-minute walk away. It's also close to Central Station, making it super convenient for getting around. Would definitely book again! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! It was perfect for just me but can fit 4 (5 if you have someone sleep on the couch). Given the loft I’m not sure if it’s suitable for toddlers/kids who are not keen on listening. You can tell Marzio and his family care about the place with their little welcome binder that has typed up notes on the neighborhood, Chinatown, its history, and recommendations on what to try in the neighborhood. The supermarket is down the block which was super convenient. I’m a big walker and found I was no more than 20-45 mins from everywhere I wanted to go (Duomo, Milano Centrale, Four Seasons). The apartment is on the first floor and at the entrance so you do hear cars driving by and the motors of the doors when it opens up for tenants cars— if you’re a deep sleeper and plan on being gone most of the day then this shouldn’t bother much. Nikolay’s place was perfect. Right next to Zara Underground station, big supermarket, cafés and restaurants. Self check in is easy if you follow the instructions. It is really quiet and probably really comfortable when hot in the summer. We had fruits, sweets, water, coffee and a bottle of sparkling wine upon arrival. We definitely recommend this AirBnb!
