Cabin vacation rentals in Lake Keowee

This is a wonderful place. Perfect for a couples get a way. Private dock to fish off or park your boat. The Host Robin was Amazing. We had 1 issue at the cabin and Robin responded immediately and had it taken care of. This was our first time at lake hartwell and we will going back and staying in the cabin again.

Elisabeth was such a wonderful host, extremely communicative and responsive. The property was gorgeous and described perfectly. From the hottub instructions, to the heads up about the narrow staircase, nothing at the property was a surprise or unexpected. Very peaceful and relaxing, April was the perfect time to visit, in our opinion. Nothing crazy going on nearby, not too busy anywhere we went including State Parks, and restaurants. Weather was beautiful and the fresh air was much needed. My husband and I have decided we’d like to make this an annual trip and continue to stay at this property when possible.

We had a great stay, the place was very clean, it has everything you need, plenty of space for our family of 7, Beautiful surroundings. The gas fireplace was perfect for the cold weather. The location is peaceful and quiet and close to food and activities. Julian is a great host, very attentive and responsive. We definitely recommend this place.

Great stay! Cabin in the woods feel but right off a main road down to creaky floors and beds. We didn’t mind but bring white noise if sounds bother you. Our kids loved the games. Great communication and we had everything we needed!

What a amazing place ! My wife and I came for a weekend getaway and were blown away by how accommodating Mimi and Gene were . The place was above and beyond what we expected ! Absolutely adorable place and perfectly equipped with everything you need for a great stay ! Can’t say enough about the place and the hosts ! We booked another stay here within hours of checking in ! We have stayed at a lot of air bnbs and this has to be up there with one of our favorites :)

The house was beautiful and clean. Enjoyed our weekend away relaxed in the hot tub and the dome was a neat addition to the stay.

We stayed at Lizard Lodge for 5 nights and it was absolutely perfect. The cabin is absolutely beautiful and exactly as shown in the listing only better in person! We loved the location and how peaceful the surroundings of the cabin were. Enjoyed walking down to the lake and fishing a bit. Enjoyed the fire pit one night and enjoyed the hot tub twice and sitting on the swing down on the dock and on the front porch. Enjoyed having dinner on the back deck and watching the birds. Saw beautiful cardinals every day. The beds were very comfortable - slept great! Most of all, I can’t say enough about Sabir and co-host, Jennifer. They were very helpful and responded to any questions we had extremely quickly. This cabin was perfect for my family and they all agree how beautiful and comfortable it was. I would not hesitate to stay at Lizard Lodge again!

We were having our family Christmas get together and was so happy that the house was still beautifully decorated for Christmas. That made our gathering extra special! The house was perfect for our group!

Laura was so helpful, responded immediately to messages throughout the weekend, and made sure we had everything we needed. Power lines on the road were knocked down while we were there but the cabin has a whole house generator with an automatic transfer switch which kept everything in the cabin running as if nothing had happened. Cabin itself is great (just as pictures show) but the lot that it sits on was even better and more beautiful than expected (especially when it’s covered in snow). Host was very good at providing information to us prior to check in. Place was clean and accommodating. Very convenient for events near Green Pond landing. The covered boat storage is an amazing plus for fisherman!

We were in town for a wedding and this place was the close the venue and downtown area. Cute and cozy cottage. Host was great about checking in to make sure we had everything we needed.

I always love taking a trip to South Carolina to get away from the city! The cabin felt very homey and relaxing. It was very clean and organized. I enjoyed my stay very much! Thank you! :)

The location was great, but not walkable to downtown as its off a very curvy road with no shoulder to walk on. The building is dated and could use updating. There is no central AC, so I wouldn't be renting this in the summer. For some reason, we were told the cleaners only clean towels/linens and surfaces, so that was concerning about the level of sanitation there may be. When we arrived we noted some trash (beer cans, dead bugs, hair, cobwebs on all walls, and a metal jimmy hook near the firepit (my child grabbed this to show me). Kitchen also had a weird smell the whole time. I did not like the on the counter dishwasher - I was never able to figure out how to use it so I ended up having to wash all the dishes by hand, which is never ideal on vacation. Master bedroom bed and fridge could be replaced. The host was very friendly and responsive. Overall, not a bad property or location, but is in need of updating. 5 stars overall left to not hurt the owner rating.

This property is phenomenal. House is adorable and clean and has everything you could possibly need. The location is so very cool on the river and so much privacy and space. The owner is very helpful, responsive, and has really taken perfect care of the place. Really an amazing vacation rental and would love to go back anytime and would highly suggest for anyone wanting to be in this area. This is the place to be!

Miss Bee Haven is a wonderful place to spend time. My wife and I stayed for our honeymoon and we found the experience to be perfectly suited for us. The surrounding area of Brevard has a beautiful small town atmosphere and the location of Round Mountain is nothing short of magical. The cabin offered a remarkably uninterrupted view of the nature surrounding us. Our stay was early in the year, allowing us to bear witness to the seasons first budding of the trees just outside of the windows. Jenn was a gracious and most knowledgeable host. The tour of her beehives was a true highlight of the trip. Though it was early in the year, her bees were actively building their combs giving Jenn the perfect opportunity to describe their work to us in full detail. It was a fun and enriching way to get some hands on experience with a bit of harmonious agriculture. It may be a bit off the beaten path, but that is what I was looking for. And to that end, it wasn’t too hard to find, Siri got us there.

I highly recommend staying at the tiny cabin. I have stayed at Pam's cabin several times now and I'm never disappointed. It's clean,quiet, comfortable, and peaceful. It's only minutes away from some beautiful lakes. Love this place!

We love visiting sky valley and Jennifer’s place did not disappoint! It was a peaceful paradise nestled in the hills. We all had so much fun! Would book again for sure!

This cabin in the woods was just perfect. Great location for us to join our Family in Pumpkintown, SC. We were able to be near them with a nice quick drive early or late into the evening. The cabin was cozy but very spacious. Our kids enjoyed waking and playing the board games provided or cuddling up and watching televison, I enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning sipping coffee and watching the sunrise with a book. There is a nice paved road for walks or morning runs with very little traffic. We will absolutely be staying here in the future and sharing the location with family and friends.

The sweetest spot with the sweetest hosts to match it! Kay was so welcoming not only for the cabin itself but the surrounding property, inviting us to enjoy the entire area! She didn’t have anyone coming the next day so she even let us stick around for a later checkout and really soak in the area. My family had the best time with all this cabin and area had to offer! We will be back!!

We were working for power company for hurricane helene and booked it last minute. Joanna was amazing letting us stay last minute helped us out tremendously!!!!! We would have had to sleep in our trucks if she didn’t help us out. great host

The home is beautiful, well maintained and AC works great! Nestled in the woods with a clear view of Lake Hartwell from every location of the home. Highly recommend selecting this home for your stay.
