Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Lake Mendota

My group really enjoyed our stay at Kathy’s place! She was super flexible with accommodating our needs and hospitable. We would definitely stay again!

The house was very spacious for our family of 6. We loved the location, view, and short drive to everything we wanted to do.

We travel a lot and this is one of the best Air BnB's we've ever stayed at. This house is equipped with literally everything. It is very clean and well kept. There are thoughtful touches like soft sheets, nice bath products, blackout shades, games, and local recommendations. On top of that (and much more) there are also surprise luxury touches like heated toilet seats and floors. This house is so comfortable and feel like home. It is very close to Main Street, where we enjoyed going to a few different bars and restaurants. This would be the perfect place for a large family, several couples, or a group of friends.

We had a wonderful stay at Jennifer’s place! It was a beautiful house with plenty of space for our group. Not to mention it was a stone’s throw away from the lake! We also had some personal issues that caused us to be a bit behind on checkout, and we appreciated Jennifer and Angela’s understanding.

The best lakeside stay in our area of Wisconsin! Wonderful home. The setting is gorgeous. The home has three lovely bedrooms, a huge window in the living room, with an awesome view of Little Green Lake. The hosts, Phil and Judy, have thought of everything to make this place cozy with all needed conveniences. You will have wonderful surroundings, regardless of the season.

Doug was very responsive and everything was as advertised. The neighborhood seems okay, nothing that seemed unsafe, anyway. Easy to access and plenty of off street parking.

10/10 would recommend! Perfect weekend spot for my family while visiting for a wedding. Thoughtful touches throughout the house!

Had a relaxing stay. The house was clean and cozy, matched the description and more. Beth was a great host, responsive and helpful.

Hannah was wonderful to work with! We had questions using the lock & she responded right away and was able to help. When we had questions about the temperature she was there right away to answer. The space is adorable and had everything- from baby items to games! I highly recommend!!

Joan's daughter, Rebekah, communicated directly with me through the Airbnb app. She provided detailed check-in instructions, a phone number to contact her, etc. It seems Rebekah lives in Hawaii so please keep note of that for response times, etc. The house was comfortable, very clean, and well-appointed. Joan and Rebekah have a beautiful collection of original art, artifacts, etc. so please keep that in mind if you are bringing small children to the home. Please note that the 1st floor bedroom has a king bed and full bathroom; and the lower level has 2 twin beds in the open area, 1 full bed and 1 twin bed in the first bedroom, and 1 full bed and 1 futon in the second bedroom (including a full laundry and utility room in a closed room).

Host was always responsive. We went for a quick weekend getaway and our place was clean, well stocked, and quite cozy! Hopefully get to go back soon!

We were genuinely surprised to find a place in this location so close to the relatives we were visiting. Genoa City is not exactly the hotspot on the border! The neighborhood was quiet and friendly, but no overly inquisitive citizens. Property was perfect for our requirements, with the fenced in back yard that allowed us to let our pet out whenever without having to use a leash. Nice personal welcoming touches were unexpected and truly appreciated, since we arrived late and weren't able to do any shopping before hand. Beds were comfortable and spaced throughout the second floor, with expansion in the lower basement if necessary for bigger families, especially those with older children. School immediately across the street is great for spontaneous recreation of all types if you have the equipment. Our dog has not had the opportunity to enjoy such a large open space for quite some time and it was great to wear him out for the evening prior to bedtime. Abundant TVs throughout the home!

Hailey was an excellent host. The Aspen House is beautiful. It was the perfect size for our family of 6. It has everything you could need. We really liked that there were plenty of blankets and entertainment outlets. Our youngest was excited to see that one of her favorite spiral toys was there. We had to leave abruptly in the wee hours of the morning due to a sick kid and Hailey made check out a breeze. We were grateful as she ended up being pretty sick. We will definitely look to stay here again when we're in the area.

Spent a vacation here with my family, everything was accurately described and easy to get in and had everything I needed. I recommend this location and housing for any get-aways.

A most peaceful and picturesque stay just outside of Delafield. Everything was wonderfully appointed, beds were very comfortable, and the outdoor scenery top notch. Pictures don’t do it justice :) The walk down the to the lake is an absolute must. Highly recommend Kristen and her home. Thank you for such a pleasant stay!

It is nice and cozy with all the comforts of home. We stayed toasty with the wood burning stove. I loved having a fire right on the lake. We plan to return yurtly.

The little blue bungalow was the perfect getaway for a weekend! We are new to the Midwest and enjoyed a snowy picturesque weekend at Chelsea and Cale’s awesome place. Very cute decor, environmentally friendly, lovely hosts and great location. We’ll have to come back in the summer sometime!

What a relaxing stay! Gwen and Ed are just a delight! Our dogs absolutely loved the whole cabin and yard. Our older dog thought the rug in the little bedroom was his personal bed :) The bed was comfortable and the bathroom might be small but it still had enough room. We saw lots of birds and enjoyed the Badfish Creek area. This place is definitely on our must return list!

Our stay at Tricia's was wonderful. We came into town, with our dog, to visit our son at school. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Check-in was convenient and Tricia was quick to respond if we needed anything. The neighborhood was very nice with a park and a few restaurants in walking distance. There was a short drive to campus which allowed us to pick up our son and bring him back to hang out. We all enjoyed ourselves and Tricia made it feel like home. We have already recommended a stay here to our family and will not hesitate to book again. Deanna and Tony Wirick

Highly recommend! Beautiful, seclusive area with endless activities for all to enjoy minutes from the Dells. Pet friendly too! If you are looking to do outdoor adventuring stop scrolling, this is your place! Easy drive to hike Devil's lake.

The location is Beautiful! I wish it would have been warmer and less windy during the stay! Quite, peaceful location. It did have a fridge, dishes and Microwave. Which was perfect for the stay. We will be back again :)
