Take in a lakeside panorama of gardens, wildlife, tall pines on glimmering Loon Lake. Summer brings swimming, canoeing, birds and walking the lake loop. Use it as an office for remote work or strike out on an adventure with some Northwoods day tripping. Full furnace for heat and central air conditioning for those hot summer days!

Step out of the yurt, located in the middle of Bayfield County Forest land, and right onto CAMBA mountain bike trails and the North End ski trails (which connect to the American Birkebeiner ski trails). This is a rustic, minimally maintained yurt so come prepared to relax, unwind and explore the wonders of the north woods.

We are known for beautiful sunsets with quiet surroundings and located minutes from the famous Brule River, great hiking trails nearby and a 35 minute drive from Duluth/Superior or a bit further east to the Bayfield/Ashland area.
