Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Lake Sinclair

We stayed for a few days while we were visiting our son in college. Gorgeous spot on the lake! Private lot and peaceful. We rented a boat for the day which we enjoyed.

Was as advertised, worked perfect for the need we had that night before a wedding. Back deck was great to sit on as well. Very comfy

Our stay was great. The communication was great. We actually lost AC the first night, which in the middle georgia heat and humidity can quickly ruin a vacation, however Mattie and Derek were on it! They quickly responded and got someone out there to handle everything as quick as possible. It was nice knowing they thought the situation was just as important to them as it was to me. You can be confident if you stay with them they are going to take care of things to make your stay the best as possible. It was a very quiet area and felt very private. We met a few neighbors as well while we stayed and they were super nice good people. Felt very safe and peaceful. Overall we had a great week and appreciate them sharing their home with us.

Cassandra responded quickly to any questions I had and was very accommodating. The house was clean, inviting, and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

Wow!!!! We were in awe of the neighborhood, location and the space. We were incredibly comfortable there and had everything we needed. A Publix is 8 min away, PJs coffee is so delicious and next to Publix, when we walked in the mornings and afternoons there were deer everywhere! It was so magical. We used the kayaks and played around in the water at sunset. We were there to go to Durhamtown atv park and it was a quick 40 min ride. We also stopped in Greensboro which is 30 min away and they have some cute antique stores and coffee Shop. Will be back. Ginny was so friendly and responded quickly!

We stayed for 4 days. It was much better than described. My family had a wonderful time AB’s we will definitely be revisiting again. Maybe even this summer! Felt right at home and the views are amazing. The neighborhood is nice as well. Lived just walking around and just admiring all the cool houses. The pool table was a great touch as well. Highly recommend! You won’t be disappointed!
