It's worth noting that the neighborhood is a newly developed residential area, mostly quiet and on the outskirts of the city. While it's not unsafe, it doesn't offer much in terms of entertainment, cafés, or things to do nearby, and may not be ideal for solo female travelers or those looking for a vibrant, central location. That said, it's a budget-friendly option for those with a car or looking for a quiet stay.
