Well presented with open plan kitchen, dining and seating area, leading to a king size bedroom and en-suite. Small dogs are with prior approval £10 per stay. Annex in centre of Poulton Village.

This self contained annex is located at the rear garden of a house in a very quiet street. It is located in a perfect spot only 2 minutes walk to the centre of Poulton and the train station. Only 2 miles from Blackpool Hospital 6 min drive (see pics) Good transport links to Preston and Lythan St Annes. Free on street parking is usually available. The annex has private access. It is accessed down a pathway which runs inbetween/ behind the residential properties. Please see photographs.

Bulls Close Cottage is situated in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales village of Austwick, in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Close to Settle, The Three Peaks & Kirkby Lonsdale. This charming cottage (an annex attached to the main house) has a private terrace and outdoor seating area for those warm summer evenings. The cottage has WiFi and sky TV, a fully equipped kitchen. Towels, hairdryer, and soaps are provided and when it’s cold, the underfloor heating keeps you snug!

The property is all on one level and access is through the patio doors at the rear; it is attached on the side of our building.
