Beautiful apartment with old-fashioned charm

70 m2 apartment, unique in Lorient, in a building from 1783, listed as a historic monument. The apartment has been renovated and some work still needs to be done, but it is already very pleasant to stay in, bright and charming. This is my main home that I often make available, so it's an apartment full of life. Quiet while in the heart of Lorient, close to all amenities and public transport.

Studio 19 m², very accessible (ground floor) close to everything.

Everything you need, bus stops, supermarket nearby. With the digital codes, arrive whenever you want. Close to Naval group ;) Quiet area 10 km from the beaches. Bicycles, scooters prohibited in the accommodation. Please respect the internal regulations (removal of service linens, deposit in the basket and removal of trash cans upon departure). Thank you
