Very nice house a few meters from the sea, everything is within walking distance, perfect for a weekend with friends

This is the second time we have returned to Catherine's house. It is ideal for beautiful walks along the beach and close to the center of Larmor. The bedding is of quality and everything is in place to have a very pleasant stay. This time, we were able to enjoy the terrace not overlooked with sunshine. We will come back without hesitation.

The house is just beautiful and very well located, a few minutes by bike or car from the beaches (the closest being the beach of Sainte Barbe). For bike lovers, many greenways nearby. Ideal house for long stay, with large garden without any vis-à-vis. Thanks to Jérôme and Morgane.

Great 3-night weekend for 4 couples of friends...in this adorable house with Breton charm and family atmosphere. Everything is perfectly suited, welcoming and comfortable... You feel at home... The location is perfect combining tranquility and various proximitys ( seaside, bakery, restaurants...) Magical place of well-being, conducive to spending warm moments with friends.... Communication with Amaury and Aurore or with Élise who manages the rental is perfect, friendly, caring .... Recommended without hesitation

Very functional, clean, well-equipped and ideally located accommodation between the port, the beach and a very pleasant coastal path. Excellent for kids and morning jogging! Very good communication with Xavier who was very responsive. We would recommend it in a second!

We booked Jean-Michel's house for a family holiday. This was for 14 people and across 3 generations. The house met all our requirements and expectations perfectly. The swimming pool and outdoor areas were great, the bedrooms spacious and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Jean-Michel was a super host, being responsive to a number of questions about bedroom set up. It was good to have Priscilla there on arrival to answer any questions. The town of Etel was a nice peaceful place, from which you are able to explore the local area. It would have been useful to have a floor plan showing the house / bedroom layout but that is being picky. We would highly recommend both property and Jean-Michel as a host to anyone else.

We had a great weekend with friends at Nina's. The pool is nice-it's a big plus. It's spacious, good bedding, the house is functional and well equipped. Thank you Nina for the welcome, we are delighted!

Accommodation that meets our expectations despite a slightly aging, quiet house. The concierge is at the top, very kind, welcoming responsive and giving tips for visits to do.

Great stay in this house which is great for a family stay. Shops and the beach are nearby and Erwan was available throughout our stay to answer our questions.

A really lovely beachhouse. We had a great time! It takes 10 min to get to the beach by foot. We also went to Quiberon and Auray by bike. I am sure we will come back! The hosts are really nice and helped us with all our questions.

A very friendly welcome from Marcel, his wife and the great Ninja, in a quiet and nicely maintained place. We spent 2 very sunny days and the area is rich in discoveries. Our little 4kg dog made her shy and Ninja was very respectful. to recommend.

Easy and fast match with Marin. As described, recent, in good condition and very clean. Perfect for 6 people, including with children (2 in our case). Perfect location to visit the island. Great stay! Fort beach accessible 3 minutes' walk away and the nice pond for a walk 5 minutes away. The apartment is comfortable and fully equipped with a nice small garden in front for an aperitif. Small touches in +. I recommend it 200% especially since the weather was very nice. Thanks again to them.
