The apartment is located on a hillside with beautiful views of the Rhine Valley and the Swiss mountains. It is 60 m², has a covered terrace and a small garden. Bregenz is in the immediate vicinity (2 km) and is easily accessible by bus, car, bicycle or on foot. Since the highway is nearby and we are located on a slope, you can hear the traffic when you sit in the garden. Otherwise hardly any cars drive directly past the house as we are the second-to-last house in a cul-de-sac.

The apartment offers two bedrooms, an extra bed for toddlers, a full kitchen with high-quality appliances including a dishwasher and a coffee machine. Hiking and cycling trails are very close to the house.

Wir sind eine Familie mit zwei Kindern (10 und 16 Jahre) und wohnen im Zentrum eines kleinen netten Dorfes. Die zu buchende Unterkunft ist eine Einleger Wohnung in unserem Wohnhaus. Hier im Dorf gibt es 2 Gasthäuser und einen kleinen Laden in dem man alles Notwendige findet. Fußballplatz und Spielplatz sind gleich um die Ecke. Wir haben eine schöne Aussicht über das Rheintal. Die Gästetaxe von 1,85 € pro Gast und Nacht sind im Preis inbegriffen

Beautiful farmhouse in the countryside

You will stay cozily and authentically on 24 square meters in our "Bauernstüble." In the living room, there is a dining area, a wardrobe, sofa and satellite TV. A staircase leads to the sleeping area with a 140 × 200 cm mattress. Adjacent to the entrance area is a small but fully equipped kitchen. A modern bathroom with underfloor heating and daylight completes the apartment. A washing machine + dryer can be used for €4 per load.

Guest accommodation on farm

In our former, newly converted barn, we offer simple but fully equipped 44 square meter accommodation for uncomplicated guests. Our farm is located in a quiet and beautiful environment. We run an organic farm with cows, chickens, horses and cats. Our garden invites you to linger and in case of rain there is a covered seating area. A sofa bed is available for a child, and a travel crib can also be accommodated. Welcome!

Our completely new and lovingly furnished apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a living-dining room with sofa bed and a double bedroom and spacious wardrobe. From all these rooms you enjoy a beautiful view over our wonderful Lake Constance, which enchants in every weather atmosphere. The bathroom is equipped with a floor level shower, sink and toilet. The apartment has an area of 78 m² and consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room with couch, a kitchen-living room, a bathroom with shower, tub, sink, separate toilet, dining area and a 10 m² terrace!
