In the bedroom there is a king size bed, a wardrobe, a table with two chairs and 2 side boards with the light on top. The second bedroom is created in the living room/dining room as the sofa is converted in to a double bed (140x190)cm and an extra mattress, makes it very comfy. When the apartment is occupied from only 2 guests, then, it is a complete 1 floor apartment, with no neighbors, with a bedroom of 180x200cm double bed, a living room/dining room, a complete kitchen and a bathroom.

Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. Want to take a quick dip? No problem! The famous 'Blütenweg' and Lake Constance cycle path are in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, railway station and boat landing stage, an organic bakery/butcher and a small shop as well.

Unser kleines Apartment liegt direkt am Bodensee. Zentrale, bahnhofsnahe Lage und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Zwar ohne Balkon, dafür mit tollem Seegrundstück und Badesteg. Das Apartment ist perfekt für eine Person und verfügt über eine kleine Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank und ein helles Badezimmer mit Dusche. Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden gestellt. Das Seegrundstück mit herrlicher Aussicht auf den Bodensee und die Alpen ist zu jeder Jahreszeit ein Genuss.
