The cottage is located in its own peace on the shore of the river Iijoki. The cabin can accommodate 1-3 people. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunities. Yliranta horse farm 6 km, center of Ii 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-heated sauna. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen and bedding. Firewood included in the price. Linen at an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by agreement 10€/stay. Hot tub or outdoor whirlpool for an additional €100. The tenant must do the final cleaning. We charge €80 for not cleaning.

Apartment is located on a quiet street and all services are within few minute walking distance (shopping malls, Korundi, Arktikum, bus stop to Santas Village, restaurants). The upstairs sleeping area is less than 120 cm high, so the property is NOT suitable for people with reduced mobility! Also, the stairs are not child-safe.

We are 20km out from Rovaniemi city and driving time is apprx 30min. Cabin has electricity but no running water. We bring you drinking water and water for washing in sauna is taken from the lake.

A cosy cottage in a beautiful area only a 30min drive from the city centre. You can set up a bonfire by the stream, listen to the magic sounds of the nature and watch the sky. This is one of the best places in town to see the Aurora Borealis.Now they are at their best and you can see them just looking out of the window inside the cottage!The cottage is right next to the river Ounasjoki.The cottage is only a short distance from the city center but you will be just like different world.

Charming cottage with all the amenities on a large plot. The distance to the center of Rovaniemi is only about 25 km. The distance to Santa Claus Village or the airport is also about 25 km. No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. Atmospheric house on the shore of Kemijoki

On the scenic Kemijoki riverbank, about an hour's drive from Rovaniemi, 65 km towards Kuusamo. I recommend renting a car. Fully equipped 75 m2 cottage with two bedrooms, kitchen, sauna, bathroom, porch and terrace. There is a beach near the cottage (about 700 m). Opportunities for snowmobiling, fishing, berry picking and hunting, as well as hiking. There is a boat launch about 1.2 km away.
