It is inside a condominium so it is safe, from the cabin to the entrance of the condominium are approx 7 min and then about 5- 8 min in the center of Maitencillo. Only detail the cleanliness of some kitchen utensils, everything else was spotless.

Beautiful place, in a very quiet environment and surrounded by nature, it is really a place to rest. The accommodation is also very well achieved in its architecture, it has excellent lighting. Max is very nice and always attentive. Totally recommendable and would definitely go again!

Monica's house is beautiful, very cozy and full of unique touches, we were even greeted with flowers. The location is great for those looking to escape the city, noise and people. It is a safe space that allowed us to be calm and enjoy as a family. The house's landscaping is beautiful, which adds to it on its own and also plays with the views of the pool, terraces and paths. If you want to escape to the beach, you're 15 minutes away. If you need anything, there is the 'Valeria' supermarket in Catapilco that has EVERYTHING. For us, our stay at Monica's house was perfect and we really enjoyed it! We'll be back anyway! And the caretaker dogs are so sweet!
