Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Lawrence

We absolutely love staying at Fernando’s when we are in Lawrence. These apartments are perfectly located for walking to Mass. The apartment is very comfortable and always spotless. Fernando is a wonderful host, always helpful and quick to reply. Book if it’s available, you won’t be disappointed and you’ll be a repeat visitor like us.

We stayed here for a KU tour and would definitely stay here again in the future.

We have stayed in many of Fernando's places. We know they will always be as described, clean and updated. Easy access in and out. He is easy to communicate with. The neighborhood is older, with some run down homes around it, like many in the area. Nice to have the walking path out the door. Easy location to campus & shops/restaurants we hit when visiting.

The Pink Retreat was just perfect for us! Loved the proximity to Mass St. We never had issues with street noise. Everything was as expected and Fernando made everything super easy. We would definitely stay here again!

This place was an excellent location and very easy to find and access! I was pleasantly surprised buy the amount of space and the wonderful lighting throughout. It's very walkable to some of the best places in town and lots of great shopping. There's also a bakery very close by that you can walk to in the morning, and a fully functional kitchen! l would stay here again.

very nice place. Easy drive to campus. New and comfy. We were only there about 7 hours so didn't get to enjoy the whole thing. Interesting options for extra charges for early checkin or late checkout.

My family and I had a great stay. The apartment was very clean and well stocked with everything you would need during your stay. The location was great. The neighborhood was quiet. The hosts instructions were spot on and very clear. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful host and beautiful house and property. I felt like I was staying with family.

We came to stay at one of Fernando's places and it so happened that the water pipes had frozen up in the frigid temps. I messaged him right away to let him know the situation and he immediately responded and had us move to one of his other locations he had available. It was a very pleasant accommodation; spectacularly decorated and everything thought of- from the live plants, extremely comfortable beds, luxurious linens, great kitchen with laundry machines, and a nice bathroom with all soaps available. Overall, we had a perfect stay at Fernando's and would definitely stay again. Thank you!!

I like the community!

We loved our stay at Fernando’s place. It was bright and cheerful just like in the pictures. The house was very clean and the beds super comfortable. The colors and attention to details in each room made this rental feel extra special. We loved relaxing in the living room with the fireplace. Great location and very easy to communicate with Fernando. Highly recommend this rental!!!!

Everything was as described. We walked to the KU basketball game. I would definitely stay again!
