Wow, what a beautiful cabin. We had 2 couples staying in the cabin for the weekend with plenty of room. I ask the owners if they had a banner for a birthday🤗. We were celebrating my best friend’s 60th birthday. We went to the Arc encounter which was very close and had dinner reservations in Cincinnati on a dinner train. Anjanette went above and beyond to hang balloons and a banner. She was so thoughtful. We all had a wonderful time at the cabin and the hot tub was amazing. We would definitely recommend this cabin. Over the weekend my (now) husband and I decided to get married on this property and it was nothing short of perfect for us. The cabin is beautiful and they spared no expense to make it comfortable & luxurious. You can really tell how much love & thought went into the cabin. I'm usually begging for my own bed after being away from home and not once did I miss my usual comforts. The grounds are GORGEOUS & represent the most beautiful parts of Kentucky countryside. There is a cow & about 50 chickens on site & all of our guests went to say hi at some point. The property is so quiet (besides the birds and the occasional crowing of a rooster) and it was easy to take a deep breath and sigh in relief. Susan & Berard are the SWEETEST & so accommodating. They provided us with 30 chairs, tablecloths, napkins, a delicious veggie tray & fruit bowl, and 18 farm fresh eggs (in this economy?!). They made sure we had everything we needed & our wedding weekend was perfect thanks to their generosity.

We really, really enjoyed this property even though it rained & stormed every day. The view is so gorgeous! We actually enjoyed watching the storms out the large windows that overlook the property, the large pond and rolling hills. Watching the deer meandering around as they fed and the turkeys chasing each other was better than watching TV. This property is so peaceful. On nice days, there is lots to do as he says in the description…pontoon & paddle boat on the pond, a fire pit area, the hot tub, corn hole, comfortable deck, and just walking the property. The home was spotless and very comfortably appointed. We could not think of one thing we would have wanted that wasn’t already provided. So many towels, blankets, kitchen utensils, etc. Beautiful and tasteful decor. Comfortable beds. We traveled with another couple & there was plenty of room. Jim was very responsive from beginning to end. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would. I’m sure anyone would love their stay.

Beautiful, private in the rolling hills of Kentucky. This is a refuge away from the touristy parts of Kentucky to rejuvenate if you like the outdoors and privacy. We didn't use the pool but appreciate that would be an option for next time! :) So much to appreciate about Kentucky and Annjenettes hospitable home and stay was a blessing!

Felt right at home. my kids loved the hot tub and fenced in backyard. Host always responded in a timely manner and just a great stay all around. I would definitely book from host again.

Absolutely beautiful place. We stayed in the smaller part of the house (to the right when looking at the house). Super clean house & a very well supplied kitchen. Great patio & grilling area also. Parking area is very steep but it was worth it.

This getaway was just as cute in person as is in the pictures. The rich history of the location and original architecture of the cabin left us speculating about the first owners. Really neat to see. Don and Michelle were quick with communication and responses. Didn't have any issues with our stay or this property. (PLEASE read reviews that mention the stairs to the beds/lofts. 😉)

Amazing place that was secluded yet close to the main town. The cabin was absolutely amazing- filled with great mounts and antiques.

The cabin was just like the description. It was very clean and it felt just like home. It was so peaceful and quiet. I had a very nice stay with my family.

Such a lovely place to stay! We only stayed one night, but had a great time hanging out with the locals at the park. Really nice deck on the front of the home and the place was pristine. 10/10 for sure!

Great stay! We had to find somewhere fast to stay due to flooding and she was very responsive and accommodating.

Absolutely gorgeous! Zac provided anything and everything we could possibly want for a get-away with our grandkids - fire pit, grill, outdoor games, space to hike, great selection of indoor games for our rainy day (Papa was the ultimate victor in a 3-day long Monopoly game!) We couldn't have asked or hoped for anything more. We would highly recommend for one or two families; there is a second adjacent cabin should your family be larger.

This was the perfect location for a small family of 4 from 3 different states to meet and spend some time together. Lindsey thought of everything. No need to run out for soap or toilet paper as plenty was provided. The house was clean and comfortable. We all were able to relax and enjoy each other’s company. Can’t wait to come back again in slightly warmer weather and take advantage of the lovely outdoor area with a grill and fire pit. I really can’t recommend this place any more strongly. It is wonderful. Thank you.

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It was just what our family of 5 needed. We love staying in unique places a little off the beaten path, and this was just the place for us. It was close enough to the things we wanted to do, but far enough away to be peaceful.

It was pleasure to spend a night with guests there !

What an absolutely amazing place to stay! Beautiful and relaxing. I could sit on the porch and watch the barges on the river all day. It was the perfect place for our family to stay while visiting the Ark Encounter, Creation Museum, and Cincinnati Zoo. Angie was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend a stay here!

We so enjoyed staying at this charming cabin! The cabin is exactly as described and is even cuter in person. Such a peaceful environment to relax and unwind. And the cabin is very family friendly too, with baby gates by the stairs and a high chair. 10/10 recommend!

Tarah was an amazing host and her cabin was phenomenal - better than the inviting photos on AirBnB. Lots of privacy, a wonderful babbling brook, amazing & unique decor, and quite luxurious!

It was a nice clean place to stay, close to town. The only problem was we couldn't rent it for a third day;) Would rent again.

Had a great stay here, it was extremely cozy and super clean! I loved the backyard. Perfect place for a chill getaway. I will definitely be back!
