Vacation rentals with lake access in Lay Lake

The home was perfect for our yearly spring fishing trip having a boat launch in the back yard and dock. We come to Logan Martin every year in April and have stayed with several other host but this place "location wise" was probably the best. Was hoping to be able to use the dock slips but they had boats in them. Also the thermostat kept changing to 80 degrees. We would leave for a couple hours fishing and come back and inside the home was hot. Other than that everything was great. Would stay again.

We were there for my daughters wedding. It was a beautiful place and comfortable.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rustic Elegance. The setting is beautiful beyond description, and it is worth waking up early for the sunrises over the lake. We were lucky to see a Barred Owl perched on a stump just off the patio, and enjoyed watching the herons, cranes, eagles and osprey feeding on the lake each day. The house was well appointed, and worked out perfectly for our family. The spa like feel made us wish we could stay longer. We hope to return in future years when traveling to this area!

The vacation was beautiful. We loved just hanging out on the dock and kayaking up and down the lake. We enjoyed fishing and playing pool. We loved it so much that we spent the majority at the house hanging out on the dock. Laura was friendly, prompt in responses, and helpful.

Caroline’s place was absolutely beautiful with a great waterfront view. We came in for a race at Talladega Short Track it was about a 30 min drive from the track but so worth it! Caroline was a great host and fast responding to any questions! We will definitely look this place up again when we come back to the track!

Stayed here while in town for my son’s high school fishing tournament. Perfect location. Plenty of parking for a boat and truck. Had security cameras that I parked my boat in front of. Felt very safe. Home is beautifully decorated and well furnished. Host was easy to communicate with and very responsive.

2nd time staying here. already planning the 3rd. we love this place. need to bring your own can opener. do have a drip coffee maker. had to travel back in town to attempt to get a kureg, got one and it didn't work. we made the drip one work haha. love this place.

My family and I had a wonderful stay! Margaret and Marcus could not have been more attentive and kind to us throughout our visit. The house was gorgeous and had everything we needed. My little boy loved being so close to the lake and feeding the ducks! The neighborhood is as described but we always felt safe. We will hopefully be staying here again in the future!

We enjoyed staying there. We were very close to the ballpark and other amenities. Very clean and well taken care of.

Cute, quiet place with a lake house feel. Furniture is comfortable. Kitchen is extremely well stocked, they even provided spices. Nice dock to relax on, and the water is deep enough that you could dock your boat or swim, early and later in the year. I'd go back again for sure.

Fantastic lake condo at Lake Martin! We were visiting the area for a bass fishing tournament and Bob, the host, was very responsive and helpful! The property was very clean and having access to the boat slip, the pools, and the boat ramp were super convenient!

A hidden gem right on the river. Great views from the deck and peaceful surroundings.

We went to AL for a weekend getaway that what much needed! We checked in late Friday night but Kelly checked in to make sure we got in okay and to see if we had any questions! He also checked in on Saturday morning to see how we were doing! Communication was at best! Our time at the cabin was short yet sweet! We had all we needed and enjoyed that lake view! Our time visiting the cottage was a great experience. The hosts left detailed instructions everywhere that were helpful and kept us mindful throughout our stay. The lake view directly from the backyard was a joy to see each day and my husband loved being on to get his boat right on the water at a very close baiting ramp but could park his boat after fishing at the house boat dock. Great bbq places nearby as well. Over all a great place to take your family and friends for a quiet getaway.

We really enjoyed staying at the farm. My teenage sons enjoyed fishing on a boat, kayaking , paddle boarding. My husband and I enjoyed feeding goats. Steve, Susan and their children are nice and friendly.

This place is great for a silent and private get away. Its in a very private area were its quiet and full of nature surrounding the area. Great porch seats and grill for cooking and living a great lake experience. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect place for our fishing trip. The place has a private ramp for launching your boat. My third straight year staying here and plan on staying again next year.

This was the second time I had stayed here and I love the place . It’s close to where I am working and is quiet.

Roxanne was an amazing host! Would highly recommend this place. There was a slight water emergency and it was handled efficiently and fast. Place had amazing views and comfy beds. Hot tub was wonderful after coming off the lake.
