Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Lay Lake

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in downtown Birmingham! The location was perfect—right near the heart of the city, close to great restaurants, coffee shops, and attractions. The space itself was clean, stylish, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host Raquel was excellent—responsive, friendly, and made check-in and check-out a breeze. She also provided great local recommendations, which made my trip even better. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Birmingham

Juliana was a wonderful host! Always proactive and responsive with communication. Exterior lights were kindly left on for an after dark arrival making checking in so much easier. The stay was wonderful. Very clean and cozy accommodations. I looked forward to coming back here to rest after long days of work. Definitely saving as a favorite place to stay for when I'm in the area again. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The apartment was spotless and well stocked with essentials. It’s centrally located to many attractions like the Railroad Park and Sloss Furnaces. I loved that Publix was across the street and there were quick eateries on the same block. As an Airbnb host myself, I appreciated the thoughtful touches that made our stay comfortable and we look forward to staying here again!

This place really does have one of the best views in Birmingham. The place was so cozy and peaceful. We slept like babies! Close to all the essentials like great coffee shops and Target! We loved that it is located in a historic district of Birmingham so just driving around and enjoying all the historic homes was a bonus! We really appreciated Host Frank for offering this wonderful space to the public. We look forward to visiting again soon!

Carol's place is a classic airbnb choice I'd fully recommend. She is very communicative & added all the touches you need for a comfortable stay. Slept very well after some long days at Furnace Fest. Felt nicer inside than even the photos. The kitchen seems very new. The locked gate around the perimeter is an important aspect, glad that was there, since the area isn't exactly residential. Its more industrial, and that's not something Carol can control & should not steer you away. Great place 👍

We reserved this place at the last minute. We’re traveling to South Carolina with our two small kids so finding a clean rental in a safe neighborhood was top priority for the night. This fit the bill! Every room in the house was clean and well stocked with basic necessities for the night. There were even a few fun games for my kids to play and fluffy throw blankets to cuddle with on the couch. It was a chilly night and the heater kept us warm. This was a great stay and exactly what we needed…thank you!

A Heartwarming Christmas by the Lake This year, I wanted to do something truly special for my 74-year-old mom, who’s had a challenging year. I chose a lake house in Dadeville, AL, close to home, to give her a unique and memorable Christmas experience. It turned out to be the perfect choice. The location was stunning, and my mom loved waking up to the serene view of the lake each morning. It brought back cherished memories as she shared stories with her great-grandkids about my granddaddy fishing at that very lake when she was their age. The house itself was beautifully decorated, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed. Each room felt peaceful and inviting—so much so that my mom didn’t want to leave! The host was exceptional, always quick to respond to any questions, which made our stay even more comfortable. This property truly felt like a home away from home. This was our second time to stay here and it was fabulous! Everything looked brand new and was spotless! It’s such a convenient location! You can walk to everything in town. We tried the family’s restaurant and it was fabulous too! Exactly what we needed after a long drive in!

Brian's place was a great, affordable place to stay while my son was at Camp War Eagle at Auburn. It's about 35 mins from campus. A very easy drive. The furniture was very comfortable. The house was adequately stocked and the decor felt very comfortable. The morning sunrises were our favorite as we watched the sun rise on the river. I'd recommend Brian's place when in the area!

The condo was in a great location for visiting our family in Still Waters. It is also a good location for going to Auburn or Alexander City, as well as being down the road from a marina that you can rent boats from for enjoying the beautiful Lake Martin. The host was friendly, responsive, and helpful.
