Really very very well equipped from the kitchen to the bathroom, even for children. Not noisy despite the roadside. Friendly step!

Accommodation located in a very quiet area and with an excellent connection with public transport to the center. Private parking for the car included in the price. Excellent apartment very cozy the heating works very well. Very cheerful decoration. Everything works perfectly. A very large and very comfortable bathroom. Very nice linens. The bed was very comfortable. The host was very attentive to our arrival and accommodated all our requests. Definitely a highly recommended place to stay

Really very happy with this apartment. The studio is exactly as described and as shown in the photos. The place is quiet and right next to tram D which is super convenient to go to the city center. Sébastien is one of the best hosts I've had so far. Very friendly, really responsive and attentive to our needs. I can only recommend it.
