Cottage vacation rentals in Le Bugue

Nice little place close to all the most beautiful villages in Périgord. The accommodation is very good for two, and special mention for the hot tub! Amanda was a lovely and responsive host. Recommended!

We had a great time with friends in this area that responds to all the criticisms: very clean, perfectly equipped, beautiful living rooms, quiet, peaceful. The ultimate remains the indoor pool + sauna + jacuzzi that really make the difference, with an amazing view of the landscape. Responsive hosts, thank you again, I highly recommend if you want to spend a weekend with friends or family, this place is perfect.

We had a lovely stay with friends! Audrey and Michel are very welcoming and friendly hosts. They took the time to explain and show us around the house upon arrival. The cottage is very beautiful, very clean and functional. It has everything for children, the environment is very peaceful and surrounded by nature. Also, the area is really beautiful. We'll be back:)

A beautifully designed, recently renovated, and well-equipped gite in a peaceful location just a few miles outside the beautiful medieval town of Sarlat. The house is very comfortable and the hot tub is a very welcome bonus. Joël and Pascale could not be better hosts - they are so friendly and very happy to chat, but they also respected our privacy. They are very generous with gifts of food and drink, and very relaxed and understanding. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return!

Excellent stay in a very nice accommodation! The hot tub did us a lot of good, especially since the weather was cool! The owners were very friendly and considerate. Really no complaints and we'll be back sometime😊!

Very pleasant, clean and very quiet cottage. Good communication with Arnaud who quickly lifted our stress on arrival. In the space, everything is set up to make you immediately feel very comfortable. The only less positive point is the toilet that is not closed, which can be inconvenient. We had a very nice stay despite the bad weather.

Jenny and her place were a delight. Ever helpful and attentive when needed we enjoyed our time in the area and with helpful suggestions from Jenny gave us the time and space to unwind and spend time in the Dordogne. The weather wasn't always that good so less comments about the outdoor space than we might have wanted to offer though they did look as they do in the photos. We recommend Jenny and Fleur's place to anyone visiting the area.

Our stay in this house was very nice. We enjoyed the garden and surroundings. Louise listened to us and welcomed us very warmly. It's a real breath of fresh air in the countryside in a very quiet and green setting. For nature lovers, this is a perfect place to stay.

We had a great time at Amanda and David's with our friends. Amanda and David are very caring and friendly hosts. The house is very well-equipped. The decor is thoughtful. The rooms are spacious and pleasant. The pool is very beautiful. A very nice garden with ping pong table for the kids. Super quiet environment. We were also able to taste good pizzas made by David and Amanda. We are delighted with our stay.

Natalie and Patrick were great hosts. Nothing was to much trouble. They were on hand if you needed them but not intrusive. The Gite was lovely, clean, comfortable and has been lovingly restored. Everything in the Gite was of the highest quality. The Gite has fabulous views and the surrounding area is beautiful. In fact the Dordogne generally is stunning. Thank you for a lovely stay and no doubt will return.

We had a lovely weekend in Cahors at Caroline's place! The listing is as described and is very well placed in Cahors. We found a free parking space near the property. Recommended 😊

A lovely peaceful place to relax. The house is very cosy and has a nice area to sit outside and enjoy the view. The pool is nice and large, and along with and the many other leisure facilities very well looked after. Alan and Fanny were very friendly and gave us some good tips on places to visit. It's a very short walk into the village where the Forge restaurant is well worth a visit.

We had a wonderful week at Coucou Cottage. The cottage is very well equipped and is beautifully styled and furnished throughout. Thédirac is a peaceful village, surrounded by gorgeous countryside. We enjoyed our morning trip to the boulangerie and there was so much to do in the area, we need to come back so we can do more! Rachel is a wonderful host, who made us feel extremely welcome and at home, we throughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Tara and Carl’s place is set in the most stunning peaceful countryside. We had the most beautiful view of their land to wake up to after a very comfortable nights sleep. Carl was incredibly friendly, taking his time to show us around the grounds and making sure we had everything we needed. Tara was incredibly responsive to any questions we had including coming back to us at lighting speed to accommodate our very last minute visit. So happy we stumbled upon their beautiful set up and attentive hospitality. Thank you

Our family of 6 and our dog stayed at Le Fournet Bas for one week. The place looks even better in real life than it did in the photos - rustic charm with modern facilities. The bedrooms worked really well — boys in the twin, girls in the double and we had the “old bread oven” annex. The saltwater pool was delightful, clean and well-maintained. The barbecue area was excellent and well-used throughout our week. We would recommend renting electric bikes from the nearby FatVelo - a great way to spend a morning/day. Also Chateau de Bonaguil is very close and well worth a visit. Nearby St-Martin-le-Redon is a beautiful little village, and Puy L’Évêque is also well worth a visit. Christine and Gérard were very welcoming and helpful and resolved any little questions quickly and without any fuss. All-in-all, a fantastic place to spend a relaxing week.

This place is a real gem. Louise and Pete are excellent hosts, very discrete but always there if you need anything, and we loved chatting to them. The place is cosy, clean and peaceful with a great view. We came away feeling incredibly rested and happy after exploring the local villages, kayaking down the river and spending two very happy afternoons at the local lake. I’d recommend this place to anyone!

A vacation we won't forget! What a pleasure to stay in this home located in the countryside in a quiet environment with magnificent views. The place is even better than the pictures. It is extremely clean, well arranged and has everything you need. The pool is beautiful, very well maintained and is appreciated after a good day of walks and discoveries in the area. David and his family were very welcoming and discreet throughout the stay. Maloya and Rubis, their dogs are adorable and endearing. A real gem for discovering the Lot!

Nothing to say about the place, it was perfect. Cécile and Sean had great tips. There are plenty of places to visit near the accommodation, gastronomic discoveries and pretty villages. A very nice place.

We had a wonderful week at La Tuilerie Grange. David and Caroline provided a warm welcome. The photos on the site are already beautiful, but if you see the estate with the gardens, the terraces and the swimming pool in one word it is fantastic. Well worth experiencing it for yourself. There were three of us, with a toddler, and it was perfect to unplug. The house are beautiful and idyllic. The pool and accommodation were clean, the facility is very well maintained and the kitchen well equipped. The hosts live right next door, you feel welcome and like home. But you absolutely need a car, you are in a remote place. The only flaw: The amenities of the accommodation are rather old and outdated. Thank you for the wonderful week
