The beautiful 'Le Petit Chateau', at 'La Tuilerie de la Roussie', originally built in 1551 is entirely yours to enjoy. Ideally situated on the bank of the River Vézere in the pre-historic area known as the 'Vallée de L'Homme' between the fascinating town of Les Eyzies and market town of Le Bugue. To explore the area we offer FREE use of mountain bikes and a kayak*, there is direct access to the river and a 12km cycle path. Or simply relax around the heated swimming pool on luxury sun loungers.

The Deer Sanctuary is located in the municipality of Saint Léon sur Vézère but we are outside the village. Our little corner of "paradise" is located in the heart of the Barade forest: this place is protected, natural and wild. In this green setting, you will find peace and quiet.
