Peaceful, 35 minutes from Nantes, 40 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Pornichet, La Baule, 40 minutes from the medieval city of Guérande, 45 minutes from the pretty ports of Le Croisic or Piriac or 1 hour from Vannes. A real haven of peace for those who appreciate the calm. You will be very close to Savenay (5km) and its La Colleraye shopping area

Country house 6/8 people

A former longhouse renovated in 2022, this cottage welcomes you in a green, comfortable and quiet setting. Ideally located: close to the village and shops, 20 minutes from the center of Nantes and 40 minutes from La Baule and Guérande by car (There is also a train station in the village that serves Nantes and La Baule). The accommodation has an open kitchen overlooking a beautiful living room with a wood burning stove, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. The gite can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests.

At the entrance of the Audubon Marshes and a 5-minute walk from the village and the train station, our 38 m² all-wood chalet has a bedroom and a living area with its equipped kitchen (combined microwave, dishwasher, induction stove, etc.). The queen size bed, its large south-facing terrace and the tranquility of the environment will charm you. The cottage is 5 km from the RN 165, 15 km from the entrance to Nantes, 40 km from the beaches of the Côte de Jade and 50 km from La Baule

Entire studio 25 m2 – independent access

On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. Quiet independent cottage in the countryside, located 20 km from Nantes and 40 minutes from St Nazaire. Large wooded and flowered garden for a peaceful and rejuvenating stay. P This cottage is not wheelchair accessible. Located on the heights of Cordemais between Nantes and Saint Nazaire, in the heart of a quiet and charming hamlet, next to an old mill from 1784 50 m2 cottage with private terrace, furnished near our house. Large landscaped garden of 3000 m2 with an expanse over the countryside and a natural pool of 280 m2. The pool is accessible all year round, it naturally heats to 20° from April until 27° in summer (temperatures depending on the weather) Access to the GR3
