Would recommend. Lovely flat in a fantastic location. We had problems checking in as the door was locked. However, given 5 stars as the issue was dealt with quickly.

Second time here really enjoyed our stay

The apartment was spacious, very secure & had a lovely outlook with a lovely balcony which was used on arrival to enjoy a drink as the weather was so great. Bridge Inn was just opposite & served good food. Added bonus was the bus stop by the pub which took us directly to the Yorkshire Sculpture Park which was on our list of places to visit which meant we didn't have to use the car.

Great place as described. Good location if you’re going to university open days

This was our second time at Phils, first time to celebrate my 70th second time for my husbands 75th. When I asked my family where they wanted to celebrate my husbands 75th birthday it was Phils place. Its perfect for our multi-generational family, amples of space and the pool and hot tub are the icing on the cake. We all had the best time and we made lots of memories. Thank you Phil for the use of your lovely home.

Naila was a great host, they accommodated to our needs of an early check in. House was clean and well presented. Beds were really comfy. Only downside was the stairs are quite steep to the bedrooms and the area was quite loud. Communication before and during our stay was brilliant and would stay again.

Be sure to verify access code and street address via the easy to use messaging system in advance. John was quick to respond and the place is what it advertises to be.

Lovely clean place in a convenient location, just a 20 minute walk from the Co-op Live, with lots of shops and places to eat readily avaliable!

We very much enjoyed our stay. Place was immaculately clean and very tastefully presented. Reece and Chloe had provided everything we needed. They are very friendly and extremely helpful and responsive, going the extra mile if needed. The location is great with lovely views and excellent walks/hikes. The apartment was lovely, can not fault it at all. The host was extremely helpful and friendly. Also left plenty of snacks and goodies at the apartment. Would 100% recommend staying here. Wouldn’t think twice about booking again. Was a wonderful stay 👍🏼

Lovely spot a short walk across the Stray from Harrogate. Accommodating host. Parking in front of the buildings available every time we needed. Lovely neighbor who helped with suggestions on music enjoyment, insurance policies and waste processing. Highly Recommended.
