Welcome to the urban jungle! Located in the center, you will find our cozy, green oasis just a few meters from the zoo. In the hustle and bustle of the big city animals, in the very nearby city center, there are numerous shopping opportunities. There are also countless places for a big appetite, tropical refreshments or of course local specialties. The arena and the stadium can be reached with a 15-minute walk through the beautiful Waldstraßenviertel.

Cozy city apartment with bicycles

The entire 55 m² two-room apartment is located in a quiet side street between the town hall and the university hospital. The apartment is on the ground floor at the back of the house and is very quiet. The balcony is also on the quiet back side and has sun all day. In addition, two bicycles can be used free of charge. :) There is no free parking 🅿️ in the street, but a larger number of streets with free parking nearby. Best regards, Christian

Stroll right in front of the front door along the Karl-Heine Canal, take a canoe tour or indulge in one of the many local restaurants. The highlight of the apartment is clearly the balcony. Enjoy the beautiful view of Plagwitz and of course the sun, if it shines :)

Our apartment is located in the trendy district of Leipzig-Plagwitz. The "Elsterpassage" tram stop is right next door, from there you can reach numerous destinations, such as the Red Bull Arena Leipzig and the QUARTERBACK Immobilien ARENA are 3 and 4 stops away respectively - the Felsenkeller and Täubchenthal event locations, as well as the Musikalische Komödie (operetta and musical theater) are easily accessible on foot.

We offer a functionally equipped, lockable guest apartment in our modern Bauhaus-style town villa near the Battle Monument in Leipzig ATTENTION: From 01.01.2019 the city of Leipzig levies a guest tax of 1.00 Euro (2 guests) respectively 3.00 Euro (1 guest) per night and person (exceptions: children, adolescents, apprentices, students). The guest tax is payable in cash after checking in to the host.
