This beautiful, thatched house is completely undisturbed in the shelter behind the dune right out to the North Sea and has a wonderful view of the valley and its rich wildlife. Here is a very special atmosphere and the house is beautiful whether you want to have fun with family and friends, come to enjoy the tranquility and the wonderful landscape or want to sit focused on some work. There is always shelter right around the house, where the sun is from when it rises until the evening falls. You can go down to bathe in a few minutes.

The apartment is located in Lemvig. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed, a nice kitchen with a dining area and a nice little garden that can also be used. It is very centrally located and in a few minutes you are down by the harbor and the pedestrian street. The apartment has an attached carport, but it is also possible to park on the street. Accommodates 4 cars. Loan bike. Walking distance to shopping, city center, restaurants, and walking in the sweet valley. Opposite is a small playground and within a short distance a tennis court, golf course, padel and swimming pool as well as lovely bathing beaches. Relax in this unique and scenic cottage with panoramic views of the water, Toftum Bjerge and the small harbor in Remmerstrand. The different ceiling heights and intimate spaces create a charming and cozy atmosphere in the old fisherman's house. Towards the water, there is an orangery/sun room and a terrace with a private path directly down to the beach. The house also has a covered terrace with outdoor kitchen, where you can cook your dinner on the grill or enjoy the sunset in the evening.

The cottage, which is from 2021, accommodates up to 6 guests, but with its 47 m2, it also appeals to couples, girlfriend weekends and time alone. The price includes electricity. Remember to bring bedding and towels. It is possible, for a fee, to charge an electric car with a Refuel Norwesco charger. We expect the cottage to be left as it is received.
