Auch sie ist liebevoll restauriert, lichtdurchstrahlt, verfügt über Galerie und über 5m Raumhöhe, und der Südbalkon bietet Berg pur.

Die zwei Badezimmer sind ausgestattet mit Dusche / WC, Waschbecken, Kosmetikspiegel und Haarföhn. Das Wohnzimmer mit einer grossen Couch, 2 gemütlichen Sesseln, Sat TV einem Tablet und Balkon. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit einem 4 Blatten Kochfeld mit Backrohr,einer Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Kaffee Kapsel oder Filtermaschiene, Kühlschrank und Geschirrspühlmaschiene.

Willkommen in unserer gemütlichen Blockhütte in den Bayerischen Alpen. Wir haben dieses Blockhaus mit viel Liebe zum Detail gebaut, da dies unser Beruf ist. Das Blockhaus befindet sich in der Nähe unserer Zimmerei und kleiner Landwirtschaft und befindet sich mitten im Dorf, Achtung nicht auf einem Berg oder auf einen Alm. Das Dorf lebt! Von ihrem Fenster aus können Sie gelegentlich beobachten, wie ein neues Blockhaus vorbereitet wird. Hier erleben Sie das Landleben hautnah!

Apartment Nowotschin

Cosy one-bedroom apartment on the first floor (one up from the ground floor) in a house located in a quiet street between the center of Garmisch and the Hausberg area. The flat has a north and a south balcony. Guests may make use of one underground parking space. Personal informations (name, adress, date of birth, etc.) have to be given for GaPa-Tourist office by us. Pets are very welcome, but dogs are not allowed to stay alone in the flat if they are barking.

Our “Waldhütte” in the Five Lakes Region/Pfaffenwinkel is perfect for peace and nature – with great access to castles, lakes, mountains, and Munich. Secluded, 200 m from the main house, it offers pure retreat: panoramic views of meadow and forest, a terrace for dining, yoga, or knitting, stargazing from the loft. Inside, a wood stove and infrared heating keep things cozy while foxes and deer pass by outside.
