But also about 30 minutes from Mont Saint Michel, the beaches of Carolles, Jullouville, Kairon and Granville. Close to the highway to catch up with Caen or Rennes in just 1 hour. Direct access to the GR22 which passes in front of the gate. GR 22 which leads to Mont Saint Michel.

My secluded cottage lies in the countryside of Normandy on a completely private terrain of, 8000m2 with an own driveway. The remote house sits alone in the hills with no neighbors and has a garden with cherry, apple and walnut trees. Explore the lush green grasslands and charming French hamlets right from the driveway. The house is within easy reach of the Normandy beaches, national parks, castles and medieval cities. A basic retreat for lovers of nature and peace.

My Preference Pool Sauna

You will stay in a comfortable cottage with an indoor pool heated to 30° all year round, sauna and treadmill, all in a beautiful 100 m2 room. Bed linen, bath towels and adult bathrobes are provided. Ideal for a relaxing or sporting holiday, possibility of tourist discoveries (15 minutes from Mt St Michel, 20 minutes from Granville, 20 minutes from St Malo, Cancale etc.) Discover the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel, the Chausey Islands and its salt meadows sheep.

Access 50 meters from a large communal pool, open from 15/5 to 30/9 (heated) & mini golf, table tennis, pétanque, children's games. HOUSE WITH PRIVATE POOL In the heart of a flowery park, the fully renovated Château des Boulais gîte accommodates up to 6 people. This comfortable home opens onto a terrace with heated private pool (April 5 – October 1), and enjoys picturesque views of the surrounding hills and countryside. Mont Saint Michel is 40 km away, the beaches next to Granville are a 35-minute drive away.

Country House

Enjoy the tranquility of our second home, where you will find an atypical decoration composed of objects of all kinds. It is equipped to accommodate 6–8 people. Guests can enjoy the 2700 m² wooded garden. Summer: campfires, barbecues. Winter: wood-burning stove. The house is located at the entrance of a small Normandy village of 400 inhabitants. Pets aren't allowed.
