The house is located in the village 5 minutes from the Velocéan circuit and the train station, 45 minutes by car from Nantes. Shops are within walking distance (bakery, grocery store, butcher shop, press, soap shop)

In the popular district of Gourmalon, close to the train station and the port, a supermarket and other shops, 100 m from the Thalasso (partner rates for my guests😁), the Source beach and the magnificent Chemin des Douaniers. Ideal place to relax in peace but close to everything!
