We spent a night in Ettore's cabin after a day of skiing and had a great time. The accommodation is 10 minutes from the ski lifts of Airolo in a quiet and easily accessible inhabited area. The place is warm and comfortable, the beds are very comfortable, and Ettore is very helpful and very thoughtful towards his guests. He also recommended several restaurants in the area. In short, highly recommended! Thank you Ettore🫶

Casa Camilla is a great place: old beautiful crafts in furniture and house can be experienced in the house. Thank you for letting us know. Also as a starting point, Casa Camilla and the village of Fusio are a great place for the endless (!) many opportunities for discovery that the valley has to offer: gastronomy (we recommend the sympathetic "Antica Osteria Dazio"), crafts, countless nature experiences... The people are nice, the village quiet. The contact with Stefano is very pleasant and uncomplicated. Merci.

We had a great time. The cottage was super clean, a sensationally equipped kitchen (the best we had in a cottage so far) and the beds were cozy. It was also nice that there was space for everyone in front of the fireplace. The surroundings are super nice, you can make numerous hikes from the house. Our dog also enjoyed it very much. Rolf was a great host for our stay near Brione. Very roomy home with lots of area to spread out if you have a group. He always responded quickly.

Paolo and Monica are excellent and generous hosts. They respected our privacy and at the same time were always on hand when we needed something. This traditional house is characterful, simply furnished but comfortable, and gives a strong sense of having been a family home. There is a lovely view of the valley from the outside seating area. Ponto Valentino is an unspoilt, peaceful and attractive village with several signposted footpaths on the doorstep. There is no shop in the village but with a car or by using the reliable bus service, this is not a problem. On arrival, the kitchen had adequate provisions for the first evening meal. There is no wi-fi in the house, but the hosts offered access to theirs.

We had a lovely time staying in Olivone and would be happy to come back to the beautiful Bleniotal. :) The kitchen is super equipped. However, it would be helpful if there are additional costs for heating before booking.

Stunning location, charming place. Great for hiking / climbing with a bigger group.

Loved the stay. Apartment was setup up really thoughtfully and had everything we could need. Thank you for the welcome package over New Years, we all enjoyed that too 😍. Bus was just a 3 min walk away and lots of activities nearby. We hiked, sledged and went to the spa. Thanks for a wonderful time.

The apartment is just like in the photos and the area is pleasantly quiet. The kitchen is super equipped and the bed very comfortable. Katrin and Thomas are great hosts, they were always available for our questions and went out of their way to set up the apartment for our baby. We will be happy to return.

The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The house has stunning views over Locarno, Ascona and the lake. Wonderful for a few days off.

We had an awesome time. The house is beautiful and the view simply stunning. It is very well equipped and the communication with the hosts was very straightforward. It is a few minutes walking from the parking spot to the house, but that didn’t impact our experience.

Comfortable, clean and nicely furnished apartment in an appealing building and within walking distance of all the sights and shops - very happy to come back.

The comfortable cottage with fantastic views of Lake Maggiore has three bedrooms and two living rooms. The house is well developed and absolutely quiet.

It was a dreamlike experience - truly a place I could only dream about. Absolutely private, silent, and secluded - we spent New Year's Eve there and didn’t see a single person around. The views, the silence, the mountains - everything was perfect. The hosts, Joe and Kya, were amazing. Super friendly, helpful, and responsive. They even helped carry our belongings up the mountain before check-in and back to the car on the morning of January 1st (!). Such kind people! I cannot fail to mention the heartwarming welcome pack with food, sweets, wine, and even treats for our dog, which made us feel so welcome. Even though we visited early in the season, we had so much fun sledding, hiking (with our dog everywhere), relaxing in the cozy house, and enjoying the sauna - followed by jumping into the snow afterward. So you have a lot to do :) Highly recommend it to anyone looking to escape the hustle and truly enjoy the mountains!

We had a very nice stay here! It was located in a beautiful area and only a 30 minute train ride to Andermatt ski resort, which was the main purpose of our trip. Marco was a great host and his place was perfect for our 4 night stay. Just to let you know, the bedroom area is a bit cold in the winter because there is no central heat and it is only heated with a small space heater.

What a piece of jewelry! Really great, clean place in a very nice location. Lots of space and above all dogs are allowed, which of course was a big plus for us. The property is really large and our Labrador was able to really let off steam outside. Victoria was also always available and super nice!! We'll be back ❤️

We really enjoyed the two weeks in the newly expanded, functionally equipped Rustico of Camillo and appreciated the seclusion, tranquility and mountain views from the terrace. Camillo welcomed us in a very straightforward and friendly way, gave us great tips in the area for excursions and explained everything in the house (e.g. pellet heating, gas cartridges for kitchen and hot water). The amenities are as described in the listing, well-equipped kitchen, large fridge, and freezer with 3 drawers, espresso maker, oven. Toilet on the ground floor is very high quality, shower/WC on the 1st floor a bit older date, small but functional. The access road is narrow, but can be driven very well with normal PW, has alternative spots again and again. Parking on the street about 80m away, unloading the luggage closer possible, short distance to the house via meadow and plates easily feasible. During our presence it had only one, very quiet neighbors.

Staying at Rustico was beautiful and Fabiana and her family extremely nice! Because of the heavy snowfall, we were there much later than advertised, but that was no problem for them and they even put away all the snow for the car and also the way to the house. The Rustico is very cute and spacious with a well-equipped kitchen! Although it has an oven, it was unfortunately a bit cold and the room doesn't heat up so well. Be sure to take finches with you! But most of the time it is warm enough in Ticino anyway and this is not such a problem! The Rustico is super great location, a little lonely at the very end of a little path! Thank you for the great time :)

Beautiful old but well renovated house in a quiet location near the bus station. Olivone is a good base for visiting the mountains.

We had a wonderful 5 night stay in this beautifully restored cottage right in the centre of the village. The cottage is really clean and comfortable and has everything you need to feel at home for a great stay. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony taking in the spectacular views. The heating was brilliant and we loved having wood for the fire. The hosts were super helpful and check in was very easy with clear instructions. The village is peaceful and there are some beautiful walks to do as well a great museum to visit to learn about the history of the valley. We met some great local people. We’d love to stay again!

Me and my girlfriends spent an adventurous but quiet weekend in the remarkable house. Exactly what I was looking for! In addition to the exciting cooking experiences with the fire, the location and the silence is unbeatable. As well as the crystal-clear starry sky at night. Svetlana, her husband and her cute dog welcomed us warmly and showed us everything we needed to know. The house is really unique and very homely. Thank you again for the unforgettable experience.
