We had a lovely week in viareggio the apartment is lovely and in a great location, the host is very helpful and friendly.

Very well-kept and in a strategic position both in terms of beaches and Carnival. Friendly and helpful host. Amenities and restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommended for a sea time or Carnival

Apartment was super clean and fits the pictures. Large clean bathrooms, soft comfortable beds. Internet only over 5 g. Large living room with large terrace overlooking the canal. Quiet neighborhood. Lots of restaurants in walking distance.

We had a wonderful stay in Portovenere. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located—just a short walk from the city, shops, and restaurants. It was the ideal base to explore the Cinque Terre and enjoy the peaceful charm of Portovenere. Our hosts were friendly and responsive, making everything easy from check-in to check-out. Special thanks to Helena for her warm help! We would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!

We had a great time. The accommodation is very pleasant and functional. Nathalia and her husband are very available and attentive people. They gave us great tips for exploring the region.

Loved the location as it is close to the town center and in a private building. The view from the apartment is great also, seeing the ocean every morning is always a plus. Elio was kind, friendly, and responsive. He never hesitated to accommodate my needs. The pricing is a great deal compared to the surrounding hotels/resorts, and you get a kitchen and washer so huge plus for longer stays.

Very good communication with Francesco who is "thoughtful". The accommodation is ideally located for visiting Florence, Pisa, the Cinque Terre. It is also well-equipped. The bedding is of good quality.

Impeccable apartment, close to the beach and amenities but in a quiet and peaceful area. Mariangela is always very helpful and attentive, even to our most obvious requests! There were three of us, two adults and a three-year-old child, given the spaces of the house, you can think of staying even in four.

Everything as described. Main strengths location (beachfront) and well arranged spaces. A relaxing stay also thanks to the outdoor spaces of the house. Lauro and staff are always available and conciliatory. The beautiful garden can attract mosquitoes if the heat becomes persistent (in that case the availability of mosquito nets would be a plus)

Comfortable and convenient apartment for my parents as it has no stairs, is clean, tidy, and had everything. The warm welcome of Giacomo's parents made the stay start in the best way, they are fantastic people who take care of their guests in every way.

The apartment is ideal for a family of 4. There's nothing missing as the other reviews have already described. Frederica was always available and very helpful when questions came up in the first few days. We also enjoyed the large, beautiful garden and often met the two dogs, the cat and the three turtles there. The bikes are suitable for short distances within Marina. Many thanks also to Cristina, who was also always hospitable and helpful. We felt very comfortable.

Very positive experience. Well organized and clean house, close to the sea but away from the noise of the center. I'd be happy to come back if I'm in the area. The only downside: it may not be easy to find parking, despite being everywhere for a fee. We parked and didn't move the car anymore.

Would definitely recommend! The house was very clean and if you like the classic Tuscany style, You’ll feel right at home. The view from the balcony is also a gift to wake up to.

My sister and I were celebrating our 70 and 69 birthdays respectivelly and we decided to explore the beautiful area of Cinque Terre. Casa "La Caletta" had a breathtaking view that transformed in colors throughout the day. The surroundings are very private with birds singing as if in paradise. Maria Grazie was a wonderful, knowlegable and gracious host. Her father, Ricardo ensured that we had a comfortable experience with his expertise handywork and maintenance of the space. This was an experience of our lifetime enhanced by the arrival and stay of our other two sisters who surprised us on our birthdays. I was disappointed when I arrived in New York and did not have the dream-like view in the morning. Warning: wear comfortable walking shoes and do not bring a lot of luggage. Thank you, Maria and Ricardo for the unforgettable experience. We would return in a second!

A fairytale house, overlooking the sea with wonderful views from every window. Tastefully furnished on every corner, very characteristic with its 4 rooms on 4 floors. The sea view balcony with direct access makes it special even if you want to spend some time at home in peace. The location is more than excellent, very close to the central square but sheltered by the street go. Finally, Lola is a very kind and helpful owner. We didn't want to leave!!!

We loved our stay at La Marina! The house was immaculate and exactly like the photos, extremely well equipped. The location couldn’t be better, so close to the beach and the pineta park, as well as tons of amenities. We also really enjoyed the garden, which was a lovely spot to have breakfast and dinner. Monica was a wonderful host - responsive, friendly and very knowledgeable. She catered to the fact there were 2 young children. We had a fantastic stay and I would absolutely recommend both Monica and her place!

We enjoyed our stay, clean, comfortable, spacious, with free parking steps away. There are several restaurants close by, a lovely canal and easy walk to the beach.

We were super happy with our stay! It was conveniently located, calm, sunny and very close to the beach. It's small but has everything you need for a few days!

Fantastic location near the city and view from the apartment is outstanding. The only problem we had was getting in the apartment as the apartment door is finicky and this could be easily corrected. Would rent again and again. Magical place, magical city.

Perfect welcome extremely clean and pleasant accommodation with a view of the sunrise and very responsive and accommodating host the only negative is the access only on foot not easy when you are loaded but the alleys are very pleasant to walk to park there is an easy access and secure paid parking there are free places but not always free we had a pleasant stay Thank you very much in Alessia for this accommodation

Very well located accommodation in the city and to visit the five lands and Pisa too... Very clean apartment and comfortable bedding in the bedroom (sofa in the living room is not suitable for adults and teenagers because you smell a metal bar in the back) The parking space is very convenient and is a real plus in this area...supermarket next to the apartment it's great...small downside the street noise and the front door of the building...Also thoughtful to take shower gel, dishwasher and washing machine tablet because it's not available in the apartment...

The property is clean and very functional, spacious enough for 4 people! An exceptional location! A few meters from the main boardwalk that runs along the beautiful beaches of Viareggio and its bagnos by ten. Exceptional restaurants like the "Pivot bistro di mare" or "l 'Amaro" are just a few meters away! And what about the communication from Gianmarco who was very good advice and who was always able to make himself available according to our needs! The apartment was beyond amazing—truly exceeded our expectations! We're incredibly grateful to our host for their genuine care and attention to detail—everything was thoughtfully arranged. The apartment has two terraces, both offering breathtaking views of the marina (just like in the photos). The location couldn't be better—right in a charming little seaside town. We were also impressed by the peace and quiet, yet if you're in the mood for some buzz, the town center with its cafes and bars is just a few minutes’ walk away. Ferries to Cinque Terre also leave from the marina nearby. The apartment is cozy and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host is very responsible and attentive.
