The downstairs apartment of this lovely old house has a spacious dining kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. The interior makes a new and clean impression, the furniture is largely antique. The kitchen comes with lots of dishes and handy cooking utensils. In the large courtyard you can sit quietly on the lounge set. The location at the central square of Varaire opposite grocery, mairie and restaurant exudes a cozy rustic atmosphere.

The cottage located in a lively village is quiet, clean, tastefully decorated, close to amenities, places to visit in this beautiful region of Lot and many hiking trails. A pleasant garden completes this idyllic picture. The value is an additional asset.
