The building is located on the same plot as the detached house, but completely separate and with its own entrance. Nearby you will find: hospital services 1.4 km, S-market (open 24/7) 700 m, pharmacy, restaurants and ski trails/jogging trails start from the backyard. A bicycle is available for the guest. In the apartment, you can enjoy a sauna and a spacious balcony. The property has a well-equipped kitchen. You can quickly reach the city center via the Ylisoutaja bridge, for example, by using the bicycles included in the rent. The apartment has an air heat pump, so the nights are cool even in the summer. Partying is prohibited.

Cozy cottage on the beach of Pyhäselkä. The cottage has just been renovated. It has a kitchen, hallway, terrace, sauna and outdoor toilet. The kitchen can accommodate 4 people to sleep. The cottage kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and running water from the lake, also hot. The terrace is covered, with a couch, table set and gas grill. The cottage has a wood-heated sauna, outdoor fireplace. There is a rowboat available. A smoke sauna can be arranged separately.

Our cottage has a cottage, a kitchen, 2 sleeping alcoves, and a sauna. When you vacation, you can sit on the deck to enjoy the lake view or read a book while lounging in a hammock. The sandy beach that opens to the south is well suited for children's water play, and there's plenty to do in the cottage and nearby. We also have a trampoline, a fire pit, and a boat. Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Relax in the soft heat of the SAUNA in a very quiet location in a terraced house triangle, which was renovated in 2022. In the bedrooms, you will find beds with MADE UP BEDS and TOWELS. One bedroom has a 160 x 200 cm double bed and the other has 2 90 cm wide beds. 2 extra beds can be placed in the living room. The kitchen is well-equipped. In the living room you will find a smart TV. The sauna has just replaced the stove stones. Coffee, tea and final cleaning are included in the price!

Welcome to relax in the sauna room in our yard, by the lake! Although a small, stylish sauna is part of our inhabited courtyard, you will find peace, nature, privacy and wonderful scenery here. The place is also great for working remotely! Lahti beach is shallow and great for children. Rowing boat and SUP board available. Bring your own linens and towels. If necessary, however, linen can be arranged at the accommodation.

Cozy and spacious one-bedroom apartment near the center of Joensuu in the immediate vicinity of key services. Joensuu Arena and other sports halls, Linnunlahti, and downtown services are all just a few hundred meters walk away! I provide towels, bedding, and detergents, and cooking basics. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, freezer, etc. You also have a washing machine, hair dryer, fan and 55-inch TV.
