Welcome to a neat, well-maintained studio! You'll have the entire apartment (37 m²) to yourself. Free parking with a heating pole in the yard, which is rare for a car in this area. In the apartment, you can enjoy a sauna and a spacious balcony. The property has a well-equipped kitchen. You can quickly reach the city center via the Ylisoutaja bridge, for example, by using the bicycles included in the rent. The apartment has an air heat pump, so the nights are cool even in the summer. Partying is prohibited.

Alapiha Arboretum Guesthouse and Sauna

Cozy guesthouse and sauna in a wild tree sport park. The area has about 250 different varieties of woody trees and shrubs on two acres. The tree was planted in 1970 and forms its own microclimate, where the air is clean and good to breathe. The area is partly still in a natural state and the area is undergoing renovation. Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Cozy two-room flat in the heart of Joensuu. Distance to Joensuu central square is only 300 m and the closest supermarket is within 50 m. You will have a fully equipped kitchen with free coffee and tea. The apartment has a ready made queen size bed and you can also request for a single bed to be brought up into the living room for a third quest. The apartment has free Netflix, fresh towels and plenty of tableware. So come on in for a worry free and relaxed stay in Joensuu's top locations!

Villa LHJ Heinämäki

Villa was build 1999-2000 as a second home from the family with basic facilities criteria for everyday living. Basic principle was to have a place to calm down but also a house for remote work in home village. Place is pretty nice on top of the hill, scenery is wide almost all over ... tens of kilometers. Style is rustic with a light twist of retro functionalism. Now we have moved 200m, on the opposite side of the road, and we offer Villa for our quest. Your sincerely Leena & Juha

This cozy apartment with cooling air conditioning and a sauna is located near the campuses of the Central Hospital and the University of the University. Parking space. Check-in is hassle-free thanks to the key box. Beds for two in the bedroom are pre-made and the sofa bed gives an extra bed for a third. There's coffee, tea, spices, and more in the kitchen cabinets that are for our guests. In the summer, you can enjoy coffee from your own terrace!

Welcome to relax in the sauna room in our yard, by the lake! Although a small, stylish sauna is part of our inhabited courtyard, you will find peace, nature, privacy and wonderful scenery here. The place is also great for working remotely! Lahti beach is shallow and great for children. Rowing boat and SUP board available. Bring your own linens and towels. If necessary, however, linen can be arranged at the accommodation.

Kuohu - sauna cottage on the shore of a rapid

The spark is atmospheric, a warm sauna cottage that was completed in 2015 by the small river. In the noise of the water you can relax in the sauna, barbeque, or in the flame of the outdoor fire. The cottage is located on a small sand road, in complete privacy. Koli National Park is about 30 min drive away, Höytiäinen beach is just over 2 km away. We have canoes for rent and lunch packages with local products available.
