Kukkupuu - Hütte am See nur für Sommer

Eine typische finnische Sommerhütte mit grossem Panoramafenster zum See. Gemütliche, aber einfache Ausstattung. Kleine Küche und Strom vorhanden. Zwei übereinander gelegene Schlafkojen mit Matratzen für je bis zu 4 Personen und ein Extrabett im unteren Schlafgemach. Auf dem Gelände gibt es noch eine eigene Gästehütte, wo 2 Personen bequem übernachten können. Draussen gelegene Öko-Toilette. Die Hütte hat eine eigene Sauna mit Holzfeuerung, einen Kamin innen und einen draussen an der Terrasse.

Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Nauti rantasaunan löylyistä tässä nykyaikaisilla mukavuuksilla varustetussa mökissä, jossa on perinteisen rantasaunan tunnelma. Mökki on vain muutaman askeleen päässä kirkasvetisen lammen rannasta. Laiturilta pääsee uimaan saunan jälkeen tai koettamaan kalaonneaan. Noin 200 metrin päässä kulkevat lenkkipolut ja talvella hiihtoladut. Lykynlammen ulkoilualue frisbeegolfratoineen on noin kolmen kilometrin päässä.

Beautiful place in the center

This is a wonderful home that has a great location in the city center, but yet peacefully next to the park and the river. The nearest grocery shop is just about 300 m away, University 1,3 km and train station 1,6 km away. There is free parking outside the house.
