The place perfectly matched the description, had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay, and felt like a home away from home. Suzy is a wonderful host, and Vlada was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The apartment is in a beautifully restored building, situated in a quiet and peaceful village. There are green meadows and a pine forest nearby, which made it a lovely spot to relax and enjoy nature. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

Vladi, Suzy, and their team provided exceptional hospitality, offering great tips for local excursions. The accommodation was charming, spacious, and perfect for our stay. My children (13&14) especially loved the poolhouse. We had a fantastic time with a variety of activities, including fishing, swimming, bowling, shopping, and visiting sights like Baumwipfelweg in Lipno, Cesky Krumlov’s Mantelbrücke, and the ice hokey game in Budvar (IHFF Women's World Championship). We’re already looking forward to coming back. Thank you for everything!

We spent a total of four nights with Mr. Richard, and we can't complain about anything. It's beautifully equipped, the peace in the area is guaranteed, and I have no doubt that if we need anything, we'll get back in a few minutes. We had a very enjoyable stay. Everything was nicely decorated and the garden with the Finnish barrel was great for relaxing. Contact went smoothly and always very quickly. Highly recommend

Accomodation was good! But there was no communication about other guests living in the same house, as well as very hidden infos in terms of whirlpool. Overall a nice place to spend time.

Great hosts. Very nice farmhouse. Tastefully decorated. Everything you need is there. The village offers a quiet environment. Perfect for relaxing. Also for our little dog. There were no problems between our dog and the hosts' dogs. We had a relaxing vacation and a good time. Thank you very much.

Very nice hosts in a beautiful house. Great for large groups

We had a great stay. Right behind the house you can take a path into the forest or take a turn and walk towards the lake. The place is great and the surrounding beautiful.

For our group trip with 13 adults, this place was the perfect choice. The two days we spent there were very relaxing and pleasant. We were particularly impressed by the spacious and lovingly maintained outdoor area, which offered plenty of space for activities. We also enjoyed the historic ambience of the house very much. The contact with the owner was consistently positive – he was always friendly, helpful and made our stay very comfortable. We will be happy to come back!

The house is situated in an idilic, calm and remote area in a forest next to beautiful lake and creek. Its is very well equipped and can host 5 couples without a problem. Its also very well suited for families that like it stressess. The communication worked fine despite the language barrier. We had a wonderful stay in Kamilla's house and hope to return in the near future.

The house is just beautiful and idyllic. Toys for the kids were good and practical. The area is just a dream if you need a quiet environment. We felt very comfortable. The property is large and spacious. There were also game activities for all ages outside.😊👍 If Fassauna and Hot Tub were still built on such a large property, then the accommodation would be a full one💯☺️. We were there with a group of 16 girls. It was very nice and there was everything you need for a group weekend. Klára was always quickly accessible and we were very satisfied and can only recommend it for larger groups.

It's the perfect place to relax and disconnect from the routine. The house is very comfortable, the hostess has always been very kind, and the surroundings of the house have beautiful landscapes, excellent places to walk and is close (10 minutes by car) to restaurants. I highly recommend!

Nice cabin for quiet hours in nature. Located not far from Krumlov and Budweis, which allows for beautiful excursions. In the winter at first, however, it got cuddly warm after some time thanks to the great fireplace. It was a very nice stay for us.

The place was clean, spacious and Martina was a very helpful host. Everything went smoothly.

Brilliant place to reset out of town. You can walk among lakes in the immediate area. Close proximity to the attractions of the region such as Krumlov, Budziejowice, Trzeboń and Hluboka. A very communicative host who has local recommendations. The possibility of contacting animals on the farm is a plus. Your home has everything you need.

My wife, two duaghters and I had a wonderful time in this peaceful part of Austria. A great get away from city life. Roland's house had a very cozy feel to it, especially when the stoves were lit. The rooms were well layed out and spacious enough. Very clean and uncluttered. The surroundings were extremely tranquil and a woderful place to relax and detox. We loved staying there are look forward to returning in spring or summer!
