The apartment is furnished to a high standard and was still occupied by the owner himself until recently. In the morning, the sun shines from the east and in the evening from the west directly into the apartment. It's always bright. In 5 minutes you can walk to the tram or a small shopping center. Nevertheless, the location is quiet and also just minutes from the most beautiful squares of Linz.

Our charming new apartment is located in the district of Linz Urfahr in a quiet location, close to the university. The 64 m² are divided into anteroom, bedroom, first-class kitchen-living room with access to the large balcony, toilet, storage room and bathroom with bathtub. The tram stop is a 3-minute walk and takes our guests to Linz main square in 12 minutes. Local suppliers, wine taverns, restaurants, as well as an indoor swimming pool with wellness area are in the immediate neighborhood.
