Throw open the windows and let a soft breeze glide through this calm, radiant apartment. Sprawl out on a leather couch and find your center amid modern furnishings and vaulted ceilings. Move to the romantic, rose-colored patio for drinks at sundown. This apartment disposes an Internet service with the following features: INTERNET SPEED: Download: 100 Mbs Upload: 100 Mbs Type: FTTH We fell in love with Alfama and want you to experience it - that's why we want to share our house with you and why we will give you all the nice tips. Be careful, you may fall in love with it too! About the house: it's a BEAUTIFUL 60 sqm apartment in the 2nd floor of a 2 floor building. The apartment was fully renovated in June 2017 (BRAND NEW). It's modern, comfortable and cosy, and will allow you to enjoy Lisbon's mythic light! It's ideal for a couple. Spacious living room equipped with 32'' smart TV and comfortable separate bedroom with 160cm wide double bed. Air conditioning in both living room and bedroom and high speed Wi-Fi. Linen and towels are provided. Kitchen is well equipped with nespresso machine, toaster, electric jug, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. Basics to cook like olive oil, vinegar, salt and sugar are also available. There is an iron and ironing board as well. In the bathroom, you’ll find a hair dryer (a nice one :)), toilet paper and shower gel. Charming small private patio where you can start your day with a nice breakfast, have a glass of wine or just relax. The flat was fully decorated by me and my husband Ricky and we manage it ourserlves. Price for 2 people using the ALL the house; includes the PRIVATE patio and you can use the entire home services: Kitchen, Living Room etc. You will get the keys from us personally, and we will provide you extra information about Lisbon and Alfama neighborhood. We stay reachable during all your stay. :) The apartment is in an area that's full of history and truly represents the heart of traditional Lisbon. Stroll around its narrow streets to discover little cafes, restaurants, Fado houses, and trendy shops that make up this vibrant neighborhood. A stop for the 28 Tram is just 4min away and Santa Apolónia (metro and train station) and Terreiro do Paço (metro station) are both a 7 min walk from the house. The street is in a limited traffic zone - only taxis and residents can enter. If you wish to come by car, you can park at Largo Terreiro do Trigo, less then 100m from the building. Transfers between the airport and the apartment it’s as extra service - please let us know if are interested. A baby cot is available upon request - please let us know if you'll need it. The Popular Saints Festival is celebrated throughout June in Portugal. The festival in Lisbon is celebrated primarily on the 12th and 13th of June, in memory of Saint Anthony. Across Lisbon's historical neighborhoods you will see colorful decorations, food stalls and live stages to listen to music. As we are situated in the heart of Alfama, during the month of June, specially the 12th, more animation is expected in the streets that surround the apartment and the area will be much more crowded and noisy during this day.

Full of light, this apartment has plenty of space for four people: two double bedrooms (or one double and one twin), spacious living room and 1 bathroom. Its private balcony gives you a view of the old Lisbon. It is situated in a calm street, yet in a central location. :) We will provide you linen and towels; the kitchen is equipped with all cutlery, espresso machine, microwave, and washing machine. In the toilette you have a hair dryer, shower gel, toilet paper, etc. There’s an iron in the apartment, etc… you don't have to bring any of those things. Charming Apartment Overlooking the Tagus River

Fix breakfast in a cozy kitchen with charming decor and dine on a quaint brick patio. The flat its located on a very tradicional and beautifull quarter and there you will feel that you are leaving like a local "Lisboeta". The flat its bright and as a view on Tagus river and above a traditional street with Portuguese sidewalk. Its equiped with wifi, air conditioning some cable channels. Keep in mind that this apartment (like almost every flats on the central old town) its located on tradicional building on third floor without lift. You will have access to the entire flat and we always set all the bedrooms and beds for you choose what is better for you. We try hard to have a competitive price and we have to consider the laundry and cleaning, please use only the beds, and towels strictly necessary. The neighbors are old, friendly, and most of them wake very early, please avoid to make noise between 23:00 and 07:00. When getting in and out of the building ,please make sure you close the downstairs door and do it smoothly. We are here to help you and make your stay as comfortable as possible. Traditional and authentic doesn't always have to mean old and moldy, we've set our aim high and our apartment was fully renovated from the ground up, with only one thing in mind, to provide you great comfort levels and all the modern commodities to make sure that your stay with us is truly remarkable. Passion is a studio apartment with a bed and a big TV with cable. Wifi is available and a nice Sofa-bed too. Last but not least there is a fully equipped kitchenette (microwaves oven, domino hob/cooktop, fridge, etc.) at your disposal. Perfect for 2 it can host up to 3. Families are welcome. You will have access to all the common parts of the building, including a very traditional courtyard "pátio" and a small balcony that provides you with amazing views of Lisboa and the Tagus river. A brief glimpse of what this city as to offer. We will endeavour to quickly reply to all guests questions and comments. Following your booking, you will receive an email prior to your check-in. We will be present at the time of your check-in, and available throughout the duration of your stay. Meanwhile just relax and enjoy Lisboa, you're in good caring hands. Located in historic Alfama, the apartment is within walking distance of the city's main points of interest, including the Cathedral and the Castle of São Jorge, while downtown is also just steps away. Enjoy stunning city views from nearby viewpoints. The easiest and by far the fastest way to reach Alfama, coming from the airport is by Taxi/Private transfer.
