Vacation rentals with a balcony in Lisbon

The apartment is exactly as pictured, and is very clean. We stayed 17 nights and the intermediate cleaning was appreciated. Good quality sheets and luxurious towels. Excellent communication with the host who was always very quick to respond. The perfect location, near tram 28 and lots of restaurants. There are grocery stores within walking distance. We loved the view from the balcony. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this place.

We had a great stay, the apartment was lovely and clean. Just a 10/15 minute walk down to the sea front and all the restaurants and bars. Would highly recommend

We stayed 3 nights in Lisbon for a girls trip. Apartment was lovely, super clean and the bed were really comfy. Great location, could walk to town in 35 mins. Loads of great coffee shops a short walk from the apartment. Nathalie is a fantastic host and went above and beyond for us. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay for a few days in Lisbon. The apartment is very clean and has all the necessary amenities.

Had some troubles while checking in but the hosts handled it very quickly and effectively! The bathroom looks a bit old but doesn’t affect the overall function.

A great location, we used this property for a team attending a conference at the FIL convention centre, the apartment was clean modern and the team were a joy to deal with.

Márcio was a great host, The view of the apartment is wonderful. You look over Malveira da Serra and Cascais to the ocean. The apartment is cozy, very clean and equipped with all kinds of comforts. Great shower too. We are not long, I can imagine that taller people stick with their feet outside the bed. Márcio, thank you for the stay and see you soon. Boris

A lovely little unconventional place for a couple of nights! Very secluded and charming windmill with authentic beams and amazing top floor. I’m 6’2 and banged my head many times but that’s nothing new and it does say low ceilings in the listing. Excellent shower power and little welcoming gift. Sunset was great from the top floor window. A closed window at night or earplugs are advised for neighbouring cockerel!

The house is as shown in the pictures, the terrace is very nice. The kitchen is well equipped, with dishwasher, washing machine, only one microwave is missing. The living room is spacious and beds comfy. In the bathrooms the hot water flow is constant. As it is said in other comments the power of light is limited, so the differential skips if the 3 electric radiators are set for example. If it leaves in the colder time (January) it could be a problem. Communication with Guest Ready very well, and we also spoke to the owner of the house (her phone comes the extensive house manual) who was very friendly and attentive to our request. It is located 10 minutes away from Ericeira where there are many shops, restaurants and beaches. It's a good place to visit this area, definitely recommended.

Fantastic experience, and a great place to stay in Lisbon! You will be outside of the heavy tourist traffic in a neighborhood with tons of character. The apartment was spotless, comfortable and well furnished. Great views from the balconies, and the patio is great for sunset views of Lisbon. Our host arranged an airport pickup for us and check-in was smooth, with lots of helpful recommendations. There are great places to eat nearby, and several convenient mini marts to pick up the essentials for your stay. Overall, we could not have asked for more!

paid parking was confusing. located among great restaurants. catmandu was amazing. lots of people walking around. an eclectic neighborhood but felt very safe. views were amazing. quiet bldg amongst the hustle and bustle of Lisbon.

This apartment is a winner, and is exactly as described in the listing. Edite was a wonderful host that was avaliable by text to help on request for the duration of our stay. The location is great - very near the river, but far enough away that it doesn't feel crowded. Its an extremely walkable location, although there are both public transport options and cheap Uber close by. Highly recommended.

This was the perfect place for us in Lisbon. It was so comfortable — the perfect base for exploring and relaxing at the end of the day.

Well appointed apartment with plenty of storage and a garage which is a plus , given the lack of parking outside . Spacious and secure .

We stayed at Chiara's condo in March 2025. The keyless entry was very nice as we did not have to worry about keys, however, keys were also made available to us. The condo was as described and we loved the cool vibe that her decor provided! The condo is in an excellent location within walking distance of restaurants, little supermarkets and attractions. Chiara provided us with a list of "must see" attractions and her favourite restaurants. She arranged an airport transfer for us which we appreciated very much! If we should travel to Lisbon again, I would not hesitate to stay here and will also recommend her condo to friends who may be travelling to the city!
