Built in 2017, Little Saltspring is a self-contained ground floor open plan home with lounge/dining area, galley kitchen, bedroom with king size double bed , shower room with shower, wc and wash-hand basin. There is a private sheltered south-facing patio type garden with table and chairs, and free car parking on the premises.

Seaside Stay

Light and airy accommodation located in the seaside town of Rustington, West Sussex. The Annex is attached to the main house, but with its own front door and parking space. Close proximity to historical Arundel, with its Castle and Cathedral, Goodwood - Racecourse, Festival of Speed and Revival. Brighton and Chichester are close too. Walking on the beautiful South Downs and the Angmering and Arundel Parks and, of course, the beautiful beach at Rustington.

The West Sussex Harbour Town, Littlehampton

The accommodation is on the middle floor of a recently built town house there is a shared hallway that serves the property, the middle floor is self contained and has all your amenities. The upper and lower floors are shared between myself and my lodger when we’re not away working. There is a mixture of free parking and paid parking as the house is in the centre of town. I’m afraid we can’t accept pets as some of our guests have allergies.
