‘Beudy’r Esgob’ translates as ‘Bishop’s Barn’ and it used to be a hay barn and cow shed. It adjoins our 14th century farmhouse and lies in the village of Gwalchmai, Anglesey. We are within walking distance to Anglesey Show ground & air strip and 10 minutes drive from Rhosneigr and its beaches. We would be a super base for those visiting Anglesey Circuit at Tŷ Croes as we have plenty of parking space for car trailers. It's a real shepherd's hut with our friendly sheep nearby, ducks, chickens and loads of open space to explore and relax in. This is a true 'off grid' stay, complete with eco- composting toilet, wood-burning stove and working small-holding.

Welcome to Blackhorse Glamping. We are a cozy, welcoming certified caravan site featuring five glamping huts off grid. The Stream View Shepherds Hut offers a glamping experience. Inside, you'll find a small gas stove for cooking, a container for filling your water, and a traditional hob kettle for brewing your teas and coffees. We provide our double hut for single occupancy when our Single hut is fully booked, or if you prefer a larger bed! Please make this request when you book.

Great location for exploring nearby seaside village of Rhosneigr and surrounding beautiful beaches. On route for visiting Anglesey Circuit. The studio has a very comfortable super king size bed that can be separated into two single beds .(Please advice of your requirements). Shower room with underfloor heating.

A rejuvenating walk along the Anglesey Coastal Path gets you to Traeth Llanddwyn Beach, where you can take a dip or a paddle or walk around Llanddwyn Island nature reserve, before returning for a snug evening in front of the wood burner. Luxuriate in a super king size bed, and wake up to views of Snowdonia through the picture windows.

We often have visiting Red Squirrels.
