Had a great few days in Elan Cottage. Beautiful location & spotlessly clean, very well equipped & easy to follow instructions

Margaret was an incredibly responsive host who also popped in to say Hi and see if we had everything we needed! Thank you for the home baked treats as well. The cottage was spotless and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Margaret even provided extra wood for the open fire which was just poor bliss each evening. The area itself is stunning and so peaceful. Great for really just escaping into nature. Every room having its own bath /shower was so useful as we visited as two families with kids. The two separate lounges also meant the adults could have quiet evenings whilst the kids went a little crazy in the other lounge. The cottage is very warm and cosy. We will definitely be returning in the near future.

As always exceptional value for money, it can be noisy with trucks and cars. But this is my fourth stay here, the surrounding area and the accommodation on offer for the price is why I keep returning. I will be back again in the future. Many thanks.

I lovely place to stay, and great location for walking. (I would recommend getting "Walks arounds Llanidloes" & "Walks around Rhayader" before coming - both by Kittiwake Books). And really nice being so close to the Blue Bell Inn - a friendly unpretentious pub. Will definitely return!
