We've had a thoroughly wonderful stay at Jonathan's lovely annexe and couldn't recommend it highly enough. Gorgeous place to stay, super clean, and very comfy. Has the world's best bed - I even checked the make so we could look into getting the same at home! Jonathan sent a really detailed and helpful set of pictures and instructions to find his place, along with a list of local recommendations which was great. We were delighted with the annexe! Everything has been thoughtfully considered from an easy check in to milk and water on arrival. There was even a generous gift basket of treats which was very welcome after a long drive! There's a really helpful and very detailed book of local info and recommendations - we took up a couple of local pub suggestions (Old Hand and Diamond is great for food and really cosy). The annexe is private, comfortable and super clean and Jonathan is a really friendly and helpful host - we're already planning our return! :)

I recently started a job in the area and needed a regular place to stay. I’ve tried several properties in the area and I have to say not only is Grahame’s property great value for money but it is simply the nicest property I’ve stayed in of those I’ve tried. The only downside is that it’s not available over the winter, but I understand Grahame and his wife want to enjoy it too 😁. In summary, a beautiful, comfortable property in a cozy Welsh village. Couldn’t have wanted more from a home away from home. Thanks.

We loved staying in the cabin, it was very clean and really well equipped with a lot of attention to detail and a lovely little welcome hamper. Its set in beautiful surroundings and felt like we were the only ones there for the most part. Such a wonderful peaceful stay and perfect for our needs!

stayed for 4 nights absolutely amazing place great views from the garden, for sunsets especially. hosts where super friendly at every interaction. for anyone staying there are 2 jack russle type dogs on property at all time n do bark but they're super friendly once you meet them, and a bigger dog and puppy who we saw occasionally but same again super friendly n playful. they did bark on a couple mornings but this didn't bother us as me and my partner have 4 dogs together and was just white noise to us. location wise is it very private which is good and would recommend going to pistyll waterfall and Llyn Vyrnwy Dam as its only a 35-40 minute drive, but everything else we seen like Yr Wyddfa was well over an hour away but we didn't mind. Would highly recommend this place great place for the money.
