This old farmhouse was completely renovated in 2014. In 2024, we improved it again so you can have a quiet stay in the heart of the Breton countryside. You will be a stone's throw from the beautiful site "La Vallee des Saints" where the granite giants thrones. I would like to share with you about the surroundings that are full of curiosities. This accommodation is a real pied à terre for discovering Brittany on the land side, but also on the sea side, since it is located 1 hour maximum from the coast.

La Petite Maison is a 4 minute walk from a boulangerie (breakfast not supplied). Berrien is 5 mins drive from a supermarket in Huelgoat, and to its cafés, shops and restaurants on the lake. Berrien has some beautiful countryside, such as Huelgoat forest and the paths of the Monts d'Arrée. Morlaix - 22km, Carnatec/Locquirec 38km

Pretty little fisherman's house tastefully renovated, full of character. The house is located on the banks of the Trieux in the small harbor at the bottom of the Goas Vilinic estuary. Your stay will be punctuated by the tides. Guests can enjoy beautiful walks along the towpath. Beautiful outings await you, such as the descent of the Trieux, beautiful hikes or a Paimpol Pontrieux trip in a steam train or the descent or ascent of the Trieux with the boat Le Passeur du Trieux.

Whether it's 2 days for work or a week for holidays, come and discover our beautiful region and relax in peace in the Ty Coz cottage. You will be spoilt for the choice of visits between Vallee des Saints, Gorges du Corong, Lac de Guerlédan, Monts d 'Arrée and sea 1 hour drive away. With modern and warm decor, the cottage was renovated in 2024. Electric car charging station from April 1 to October 31, €0.21 per kWh, to be specified at the time of booking.
