Sunny apartment in a hillside location

The apartment is located on a hillside location with beautiful views of the Rhine Valley and the Swiss mountains. It is 60m², has a covered terrace and a small garden. Bregenz is in the immediate vicinity (2 km) and is easily accessible by bus, car, bicycle or on foot. Since the highway is nearby and we are in a hanging location, you can hear the traffic when you sit in the garden. Otherwise, hardly a car drives directly past the house as we are the penultimate house in a cul-de-sac.

A lovely, country-style apartment with many historical elements in a refurbished farmhouse. We spent four years, till 2017, lovingly restoring our home and the adjacent apartment, using only the best ecological materials. (eg. wood-fiber insulation, as well as clay plaster on all the inside walls.) Attention: For larger groups of 8 people or more, another apartment next door (100 sqm, €150/night) with another bedroom, 2x2m double bed, kitchen and bathroom are available.

Enclosed apartment with its own enclosed bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen on the 2nd floor of our house. On the 1st floor and on the ground floor, my wife and I have our premises. Please note: To access your Airbnb apartment, you will use a shared house entrance with us and our premises will also pass through our premises on the ground floor. Our house is on the outskirts of the village center. A big old birch is the landmark in our garden.
