Pretty much perfect. Accommodation exactly as described and has all mod cons one could hope for. Karen and Andy are excellent hosts who are attentive and helpful whilst giving you the space and privacy you would hope for. Perfect place for dogs: the paddock is fantastic for playtime’s. It is clear that it is important to the hosts that you enjoy your stay; there are many thoughtful and personalised gestures on arrival. Highly recommended.

Gorgeous place with the most amazing views. The stables was clean, comfortable and very well thought out with lots of extras that you dont usually find. Our hosts were fabulous, extremely quick with responses, full of local knowledge and helpful above and beyond. The best place we have stayed in. We cant wait to return. Thank you for a memorable stay.

We have stayed at Dawn’s place several times and always feel welcome and at home. The accommodation is well equipped and comfortable. The sweet treat and fresh milk is a lovely welcoming touch on arrival. Looking forward to our next visit
