Monthly Rentals in Locogrande

Beautiful accommodation, spacious and clean, with a large terrace where you can eat and relax. We had a great time and we recommend it. The only downside is that for the location where it is located you need a car to get around, both for the main street of Marausa and for the sea, which can still be reached in a few minutes.

I stayed in Chiara's apartment with my wife and 2-year-old son and I must say that I was more than satisfied, apartment in excellent condition, impeccably clean and equipped with everything you need. The terrace is very spacious and for my son it was the best, secured by gates that isolate the area, he was able to move around freely (the foosball table was very welcome). Nice idea of the kitchen on the veranda and great barbecue for grilling. Strategic area to get around on the western Sicilian shore, 15 minutes from Trapani and just over from Marsala. Chiara and her husband are very nice and make you feel at home, Giuseppe and Vita, Chiara's in-laws who live on the ground floor, are 2 exceptional people, they did everything to make us feel comfortable. I highly recommend Chiara's apartment and if I return to the area I will definitely book with her!!!

The house is truly lovely. Spacious, bright, clean, modern and very comfortable. The outside area was great for dinners with friends. The place is very peaceful and relaxing. The kitchen was equipped with the basics for cooking. The bathrooms were spacious, bedrooms with comfortable pillows and beds. We really enjoyed our time as a family in the house. The hosts were very kind and responsive. The location was quiet and peaceful, yet still only a short drive to the beach. The water pump did make some noise, but we told the hosts about it and they are looking into a silencer, which will be good. Overall a really great place to stay! Thank you :)

Dear Paola, We sincerely thank you for the beautiful time in your house by the sea. We were there with our seven month old son and it was ideal with the large terrace for crawling around and the sea right outside the door. There was everything you need in the house and if something was missing, then Paola made sure we got it (like an umbrella and a big cloth for the beach) and the fridge was always stocked with oranges, eggs, olive oil and tomato sauce all from their own production. Incredibly delicious! It's less than 10 minutes to the airport, which makes it very pleasant. For restaurants and supermarket, however, you have to have a car. We recommend the Pizza Chef in 🍕Maurausa and visiting Trapani, Marsala and Erice! Be sure to try caldo freddo🍨! Thanks Paola and see you next time 😘
