Très bon emplacement. Au cœur du centre ville, de très nombreux restaurants au pied de l’appartement, et pourtant appartement très calme, très bonne isolation phonique. Appartement très agréable.

Logement correspondant au descriptif et à proximité du centre-ville à pied en moins de 30mn. Et arrêt de bus à proximité ainsi que commerces. Correspondant à nos attentes.

Super appartement, très grand et confortable dans l’ensemble. Assez difficile de fermer la porte de l’extérieur Canapé lit très bruyant et tangue réellement A part ça, c’était super !

Un séjour parfait ! L’appartement était exactement comme sur les photos, très propre, bien équipé et idéalement situé. L’hôte était très réactif et attentionné, ce qui a rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement et n’hésiterai pas à revenir lors de mon prochain passage !

Très bel appartement cosy et fonctionnel. La terrasse est un ++ pour profiter pleinement du séjour. De plus, idéalement placé pour accéder à pied à la plage et centre ville. La propriété est calme et verdoyante avec entrée sécurisée. Et enfin, notre hôte Alexandra est agréable et disponible si besoin. Expérience du lieu à revivre avec un Grand plaisir !!

Le logement et le séjour c’est très bien passé . L’agencement de la maison est parfait . Petit regret Pas compris qu’il n’y a pas de chambre en bas mais le canapé lit du salon / j’avais pourtant demandé par téléphone . Et le portail face à la mer n’est pas accessible pour les voitures . Et celui à l’arrière est très difficile d’accès et à manipuler . Un peu compliqué pour des personnes agees .

Parfait, nous avons pu profiter en toute autonomie de notre séjour. Facile d’accès son emplacement permet de profiter de la plage et de La Rochelle sans être embête avec notre voiture. Un grand merci à Anaïs qui a été très réactive et à l’écoute dans les messages, une super hôte ! ☀️

⭐️Home from home⭐️ this stay was just amazing after a 3 week Europe travel it was lovely to stay in a place that felt just like HOME. this house is so comfortable and well equipped it has everything you need plus an added play room for children. this house is a HOME not a empty apartment but it's the part we loved the most. the garden is beautiful and the Host was lovely very quick at replying to messages and answered any questions we had straight away. we would definitely recommend this place to anyone especially families with young children. thank you for a lovely stay

This was our second Christmas break at Julian's place after being lucky enough to stumble upon it last minute last year. It was just as perfect as we remembered. A gorgeous space (especially the beautiful fireplace) in a beautiful little French village. There is lots of lovely countryside to roam around on your doorstep and a big town with lots to do nearby, but we spent most of our holiday relaxing by the fire. Julian is a great host. Very responsive and the apartment is easy to access and has always been perfectly clean and tidy when we arrive. Thank you for another lovely Christmas. We are already considering spending a third year in a row in Pocé-sur-Cisse so we can stay here again.

Brigitte's house is a true gem. The house is super beautiful, cosy and well equipped, and the garden is amazing. We stayed at Brigitte's place for the Easter holidays as an extended family in three generations, and enjoyed every minute. Each couple/family had their own space and Brigitte arranged good beds also for the smallest children. It was also very easy to walk /take the bus/take the metro to the city center. Logemebt très mignon et confortable. Nos hôtes ont été très accueillants et réactifs. Ils nous ont même prêté des vélos. Je recommande chaudement et espère y retourner bientôt !
