Monthly Rentals in Long Drax

A lovely little annex in such a peaceful area, we loved our weekend away! Jane is a wonderful host with fantastic communication, the annex was clean and cozy and we even had some goodies left for us! Thank you for a lovely stay :)

Fantastic place tucked away in a sleepy village only 35 minutes form York. The perfect location for anyone visiting the city. We came away for my wife's birthday and on arrival, we were greeted with a happy birthday banner on the front door and when we entered, there was a birthday card a bottle of proseco waiting for us. A lovely gesture! The Piggery is a beautiful home from home with every amenity thought of, immaculately clean and has one of the most comfortable beds i have ever slept in. After a long day of walking around York, it was great to get back and relax in the Hot Tub. Andy & Sue are great hosts and although we didn't actually meet them, they were very responsive to messages before our arrival and were only next door if we needed anything but we didn't as everything that we could of needed was there. Will definitely stay here again..

Deborah and her lovely family (including Izzie, their super friendly pup) welcomed us into their home, and it was such a great stay, everything was so nice and clean and super comfortable, communication was excellent throughout, and as they did not have immediate guest after our stay Deborah let us chill and could have left as late as we wanted, which was very considerate of her (but we did not), a great stay for holiday in the area or just a stop over for your road trip.
