Monthly Rentals in Long Island

I had a few issues with the TV, but outside of that, everything was great. The apartment was as described. I’ll be back.

We wanted a quiet, peaceful place on the water. That's exactly what we got. Beautiful sunsets every evening, no neighbors except our hosts who are wonderful - generous, peaceful, interesting. This was the best AirBnB we have experienced. Highly recommended.

Michelle and Jason were very responsive. if we needed anything. They thought of everything for renters . Very clean , the pics were true to what it looked like. Having a restaurant there was nice. We explored the beautiful island to take long walks and enjoy the locals. Rent a car! Centrally located to go North or South we definitely return 😊

Spent a wonderful week at Kooters 1. Darlene and Kelly are great hosts, quick to respond and helpful. They allowed me to checkin early since I was already on the island. The unit is exactly like the photos, spacious and comfortable with everything you need. The welcome cakes were such a treat and delicious! I used the kayak to explore the nearby cays and flat for 1 day. Some of the kayak gear needed updating (seats and 1 paddle) but I believe they are already working on it. Kitchen comes with oils and spices to cook some meals. I will definitely be back and staying here if it’s available. Thanks again Darlene and Kelly!
