This is a large, very quiet, private home. The home has a spacious living room, and a large bedroom with en-suite bathroom + heat lamp. The home comes with tv, fridge, microwave, dish-ware, coffee maker, A/C. Plus fold-out sofa bed! The home looks out on a beautiful garden of roses, salvia, lavender, pink breaths of heaven and two white flowering crepe myrtles. The courtyard entrance features a purple flowering crepe myrtle. One (very quiet) wall is shared with the main home.

There are many open space hiking and biking trails within a short drive, and the beach. 5 miles from Alice's Resturant. San Francisco and Santa Cruz are easily accessible. The house has vaulted ceilings and a full kitchen, and laundry.
