Monthly Rentals in Lota

We liked the apartment in Manta Rota very much! We spent two weeks in spring in Portugal with 4 year old child and especially enjoyed the close proximity to the sea and the fabulous beach in Manta Rota. In the small apartment nicely furnished by Ana, you can live very comfortably! The kitchen is well equipped to take care of yourself and from the balcony (towards the beautifully landscaped courtyard) you can see and hear the sea. The communication with Ana is absolutely reliable, helpful, friendly and timely! Parking, access, etc. are very straightforward. So we highly recommend the apartment!

A lovely place, in a calm and quiet area close to the beach and boardwalk. The accommodation is clean, spacious and comfortable. Well-equipped kitchen with lots of space. There is a lovely enclosed yard at the back which is a real sun trap! Plenty of seating, and there was charcoal supplied for the BBQ which we took advantage of. Ricardo was helpful and knowledgeable with information about the locality, and easy to reach to answer any queries. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Thank you, Ricardo!!

We’ve not stayed at a better location, highly recommended. Located just a few minutes walk from a world-class beach. A secure location within a complex that allows you to reside with others in the community, while at the same time having privacy. Every convenience and necessity is made available. The kitchen facilities are modern and very complete, all that you may need during an extended visit is provided. Manta Rota is a delightful village, we made many new friends. The hosts, Lucy and Carlos, are welcoming, helpful and friendly. They involved themselves personally to be sure we were comfortable and fully satisfied. They made every effort to ensure our stay was memorable. They have a flair for decoration and delight in creating a chic and upscale ambiance. The cleanliness, quality and decor is first rate. Facilities are modern & in top condition. Description and photos are completely accurate. Heating systems were excellent. We booked to return, which confirms our recommendation.

Perfect stay, it couldn't have been better! We had a great stay throughout November and highly recommend this apartment! The apartment was spotlessly clean, superbly equipped and had free, very fast internet – ideal for our workation. The furniture was modern and well-maintained, and the large terrace was an absolute highlight. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, nothing was missing. The entire apartment complex is very well maintained and quiet, and the beach is a 5-minute walk away – just perfect. The host Rui was incredibly friendly, always available and answered every question immediately. It was definitely one of our best Airbnb experiences, and we will definitely be back!
